i am wondering what they are planning to achieve from this campaign, particularly their focus on sending the watchtower 2020 no.
2, titled "what is god's kingdom" to politicians, governments (and tribal leaders) around the world.. it would appear that this is their answer to governments who have put them in the spot light for their bad policies, particularly their handling of child abuse.

I think this sort of campaign springs form two things, the first is that they still have the old Rutherford Ego of thinking they are far more important upon the World scene than they really are. They are simply a flea bite on an Elephants arse, a slight annoyance that makes little difference, if any.
The second is to make JW's feel they are doing something important, and that the " End" is near. The only "End" that is near is that of those magazines, they will end up in trash cans and Dumpsters all over the World.

The contrast between the words of the JW who summed up, merely trying to excuse the org and justify its terrible position, was marked with those words from the lady representing the Baptist Church, she showed what they are doing, willing to do, and apologised for past errors. On what they are willing to do, she said they are wanting to go further than any Law will make them, because it is the Right Thing To Do, and a Loving God would want them to. Contrast THAT with the JW final submission !

i’d like to draw your attention to the act of head covering, if for any reason a woman has to pray in public while a male is present, who is not available to lead the prayer, she must cover her head because she wouldn’t be respecting the arrangement of authority if she didn’t.

Quora is a good place to anti-witness, it will not be seen as an "Apostate" Site by active J.W's. Though I have seen a number of "actives" go on there, get a good arse kicking, and not just from XJW's but the thinking Public, and then they scuttle back to their safe Reddit Closed groups or wherever.
But, a seed may well have been planted " Why can't I refute what they are saying ? I have the truth", or something similar, and more importantly, it exposes what the JW org is to the thinking public. in other words, a good Anti-witness is given !

I think the case for Mandatory Reporting has been well made by so many representatives to the Inquiry, that it is bound to call for it in its Report, which they "hope" will be published in the Summer of 2021. We then have to wait and see if the Government can be arsed to put their recommendations in to Law.
I hope it is, along with instituting a Government run Body that audits and oversees all these religious groups and makes sure they are doing things properly. But it is a waiting game, things move slowly in this sort of area.
