1977 only two years after the failed 1975. This is proof the jws lie about their numbers. Infact you can go back to 1927 as more proof. In 1927 Rutherford had lost over 80% of members going to the memorial. A little while later they started the formal preaching campaign and in only a few years Rutherford was starting the two class doctrine as if they had more then a 144,000 members and these news ones had to have some place to go. Smh.

I think these numbers like the ones in the past have been heavily manipulated. 300 new congregations in India not hardly. They are putting out what would look like the numbers of their numbers were true and then a pandemic hit this year. There’s no way of knowing if they have 300 new congregations in India so that’s why they put them there. The only stat that could be believable is the reduction in baptisms. They have pushed to get kids baptized so hard over the last few years they have probably ran of kids old enough for a while.
i just saw a post on reddit: ‘wt are prepping the r&f for changes in the march/april meeting workbook’.. in the post the person noted what they read (for march 8) and it mentioned bethel adjustments and reference was made to 2015 when bethelites were let go.. if this happens (yet again) another bunch of people are being sent home to fend for themselves in the big bad world at an advanced age with little to no preparation.
even though this doesn’t surprise me, it could not come at a worse time with a global pandemic and massive job loss everywhere..congregations are already in turmoil because of so many who reached retirement age totally unprepared because they were told armageddon would be here before they reached that age.

they have also stated that apostate christians changed the bible> i've also read years ago they trashed the bible or at least the king james years ago after another one of their fail predictions and right before they made their own bible> .
i'm looking for these writings and any other that where the borg is criticizing the bible?.

my brother (who is a witness) has been married for 8 years.
he and his wife (also a witness) got married young, but he never really tried in the marriage, but she also lost his trust early on.
he says that it was his fault though because he pushed her away.. anyways, he met this new girl (not a witness) and told his wife that he wanted to separate.
The new rules state that once the adultery has happened and a divorce filed then he’s free to marry whom ever he wants even though he’s the adulter. The wife and him should be made aware of this. Maybe when he knows he’s now free in every way from his wife he’ll be more willing to pick the right woman for him or neither and move on.
