christmas is a big deal in my family and circle of friends.
however among ex jws it's a bit different or so l understand.
For many - even JW's - it's a brightly lit and colourful time of year when people appear happier & friendlier.
When I was still "in" a number of years ago, a long-time friend who was Catholic said that he wished he was a JW, because he hated the hypocrisy and expense of Christmas - especially the compulsion to buy presents for people at a designated time of year.
Probably billions of non-Christians get involved/profit from the "festive season."

Both use a spurious common denominator, which condemns them both!

If you wish to "make a statement," write your letter.
Personally, I don't believe in acknowledging/accepting the cult's way of wanting things done, so I'd just fade and ignore their "shepherding" (witch-hunting) calls, and fade.

The personal avatars of many of the users - coupled with the game which most kids would avoid (snooker) - leads me to believe that it's predominantly ADULTS who are playing. Nothing at stake except worthless game chips.
I'm pretty certain that many other online games are ruined by useless idiots using "hacks."
