by moshe ini was thinking (before i go buy my lottery ticket) , i have probably spent at least an hour of my time on this forum for each of those posts and not your typical kiss-me posts that some people love to fill up the forum with, either.-- 7777 hours is a lot of time and i have been reflecting on this almost eight year voyage- has it been worth it?
for me personally, yes it has.
i learned quite a bit about myself and how other people's thinking process works- if i knew what meds some were on, i wouldn't have wasted my time trying to convince them they aren't the messiah-.

This is a typical Jehovah witness kid who is not allowed to do anything FUN. His fun is going to the meetings 3 times a week, preparing for family study night with his family, going out in field circus all day long on saturday and Sunday after the talk, and watchtower study. Preparing for his talks on the theocratic ministry school and getting up there with major butterflies in his stomach.
No movies unless it's G rated, BORING, no holidays, no friends other than other jdubs who are not allowed to do the same things. This is the way we all looked like as young helpless j.w.'s. Oh, except the jdubs kids living a double life who are secretly partying, having sex, drinking, smoking pot, and leaving that poor man out because he was taught to narc on his fellow witnesses.
So, don't worry about him he is good to go. LOL!!!!!!!

Cyberjesus: I never thought of it like that, but your right. They always instill in you that your not doing enough and in the end you will be destroyed at Armageddon if you don't make room for greater service. So, that will cause terror in your life and cause you anxiety like it did me and of course another reason I faded. After which I started feeling better and NO anxiety. Who wants to hear that they are not pleasing to Jehovah if they cannot expand your ministry like a regular pioneer, to push more books and magazines for this publishing company.
And they did say that one day we would have to go to the doors and pronounce the judgement message from door to door that they were going to die because of not siding with the witnesses. This of course is terrorism. But they don't realize when they do that they will be be receiving the "B" plan. Because the public will not be putting up with that crap.

Okage: I brought up a point to a jdub I know about the amount of pediaphiles in the BORG and how they are protected and he shouted at the top of his lungs in a public place. THAT'S APOSTATE AND I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT. So, they are programmed by constant reminders that anything negative and not from the watchtower is APOSTATE. There is no amount of reasoning that can be used to reach these MIND CONTROLLED ROBOTS.
Something drastic will have to happen to these individual's for them to start to question and start investigating for themselves. Until then we have to keep it on the down low. Otherwise, they will explode.

6/15 WT - WT Society can Run it's Business - but JW's Can't Have their Own
by flipper inin the typical do as we say , not as we do type mentality - the wt society puts forth in this current wt study article ( jw's only wt ) - that it's not " advisable " or " reasonable " for jehovah's witnesses to seek entering their own business ventures , or further themselves by getting a college education, or even have a career - due to the imminent coming of the alleged " end of the system " or alleged " paradise " .
the guilt and control used here is ridiculous.

Flipper: Thanks for this post. I think that most of the jdubs that own their own business now will scoff at the BORG and will still continue on, like they always have. That's why their in business to make a living like you said. But I feel the message will have to come across more strongly, like if you own a business and do not liquidate it you will NOT be able to serve in a responsible position such as COBOE or elder or m/s.
Then, they will lift their heads up and take notice. What? I will not be able to serve as an elder or ministerial servant any more if I continue in my venture? Then they will puss out like a bunch of carpet munching pansies and give in to the BORG. Not a sermon just the facts!!!!
