to those folks i say, more power to you, all the best.. for my own life i have a different approach.. compartmentalizing is healthy for me.

Rebel8: I agree we all have our reasons for remaining anonymous. What good would it do to completely come out of the closet unless we were 100% ready to do that. Until then,we may be able to help others, that will still speak to us without being completely shunned.

we all know how the wts has spoken against gambling.
that is something i can understand because for some, gambling can lead to serious addiction problems.
It's a shame that the society downs recreation like that, it makes it very difficult for the younger crowd. NO FUN FOR YOU!!!! That just makes the younger crowd invent their own hobbies which forces them into living a double life.

i have a well educated friend (who happens to be african - american) and i love our discussions because i can talk to her openly and honestly, with less guardedness than others.
on one hand, i feel i'm right - but on the other hand, i acknowledge that she may have a viewpoint that i haven't considered.. we argue about obama - she, that he may lose due to racism, i , that racism didn't prevent him from being elected.
as to 'justice for trayvon' being a reason for black on white violence, let me ask the following:.
I'd love to live where they would try that on me. I'm white and my wife is African American. It would be a pig shoot as I aim the pump action shotgun out the window and waste a few biggots.

a bit ago i posted a close family member was finally seeing the wts for what it isn't.
i spoke too soon and many warned me.
it turns out circular thinking has sunk it's teeth in deep and will not release.. it's very sad because i know what the end result is going to be.
It's like when Columbus was sailing the open seas, many thought the world was flat but, they soon found out it was round when they didn't sail off into the abyss.
