Why doesn't the WT close the religion?
by Aussie Oz ini was pondering the other day, why the watchtower corporation doesn't just sell off all the kingdom halls and hang the jws out to dry seeing they make far more $$$ from business than peddling the religion these days.. then it dawned on me... they need to keep that little sideline going for the tax breaks!.

Told the JW sister to stop going on about JW stuff!
by TimothyT inthe past 7 months since being disfellowshipped have been filled with nothing but happiness for me, however one sister said she wasnt going to give up on me.
how nice.
we have remaiend friends and we spend some time together every month doing work which is her excuse.

Timothy T: Its hard to get those in the BORG to understand where your coming from because they have been drinking the kool-aid for so long. I was an elder for a while and couldn't see the truth about the truth. I was baptized at 16 too young as you know, but it's the BORGS way to capture people so they can control you. (This is most definitely a CULT) never thought I would ever believe it or say it, but since being a fader for 8 years it has become obvious.
My friend ex360shipper helped me to see what was going on in the BORG. For that I will be forever grateful to him,because it's helped me to heal and not feel so guilty about leaving. He asked me did I know about Ray Franz and I said "huh" I know that Fred Franz was a president of the society at one time, but Ray Franz NO.
He brought me up to speed and told me about one of his books "Crisis of conscience " I bought it and read it and it opened my eyes to what was going on at the top with the G.B. Man was I pissed at what they were doing. If Ray had not wrote those books we would still be in the dark. " In search of Christian freedom" was his second book more eye opening information. Like yourself, I care about those trapped inside the BORG and they don't realize how deep in the mire they really are. Your friend won't see what you see until she backs away a little, then she may be receptive to what you know.
They only will look at literature that the Watchtower produces and are told to stay away from any other source of information. If they truly have the truth the truth would stand up to any outside source of criticism. That's why they are so afraid of us reading other material. (MIND CONTROL) they even admit to it in their publications.
Dont give up on your friend maybe one day she will wake up.

Why the Governing Body is not Evil
by garbonzo ini know that some of you don't personally think that the gb wants to cause harm or is only after the money, but after reading some posts on here, it seems like some of you do think that the gb is evil.. .
if you think about it, that doesn't make sense, but here is just one question.
why would the gb create a time limit on their organization if they believed it to be false?

Great fun about new magazine simplyfying
by Gorbatchov inyesterday i read about the new watchtower & awake magazine simplyfying (15 pages) on jwd and i got a very big big simle at my face.
(yes, the face is big also...).
because: the simplyfying is based on a new strategy: using internet (jw.org) for distributing the magazine content.. the big smile came from this: at a recent co visit, the co told the congretation the following: "everyone of us who suggests that our magazines and litterature has to be distributed by internet is a potential apostate and against the will of jehovah.

Do demons really exist?
by Inisc ini mean, is there really any scientific evidence to support their existence?.
is it used as a scare tactic of thewts?.
and i suppose if one doesn't believe in god, a belief in satan and demons and angels for that matter would be contradictory... im not sure what i believe now but would love to hear everyone's thoughts..

Satan wants you to NOT believe in him, that's when he has you. Not everyone will experience demonic influence, but those who have will become believers REAL QUICK.
Have you ever watched the twilight zone narrated by rod sterling? When I was 14 years old and my older brother who was 16 at the time were watching this program late at night.
It was about this man who died in his house and his spirit got stuck in the attic. His wife would go up there every night and talk to his spirit trying to appease him. Well I don't remember a lot of it since that was 41 years ago, but I will tell you this.
My brother and I turned off the T.V. And we were talking about how spooky that was,when I kid you not we observed the rocking chairs cushion sink like someone sat in it and then the chair began to rock violently.
Scared the b- Jesus out of us and we ran from the room. NOT A GOOD FEELING.

Thetrueone: Thanks for that info. The scriptures are obvious that he would have to be seen by human eyes. Human events have always been used by jdubs to prove Satans ousting like World War 1, World War2. Conflicts have always been a part of our history. It just seems so convenient for the G.B. to use what they want to prove when Satan was ousted surrounding the false date of 1914-1918
Afganistan, Iraq, Vietnam, Korean war can also be said to be when Satan was ousted. Their guess and it's a guess is as good as ours.

What should I do?
by Iamallcool intoday is my first time seeing a bag of dog poop on my yard.
i do not know who did it but i picked it up and i put it in the febreze trash bag then i threw it in my garbage can.
if i will ever find out who did it, what should i do?

I kept finding dog crap in my yard and didn't know where it was coming from,until the neighbor across the street who was a cop ,told me that it was my next door neighbor.
He said watch what he does when your home on saturday. He had a Labrador retriever and would throw a tennis ball into my lawn. The dog would run and get the ball,then take a massive dump.
So I would pick it up and toss it back into his yard. When he cut his grass, he would stop and look around in astonishment. I know he was thinking were in the hell did this come from.
From that point on I threw all dog crap I found in his lawn. What a SUCKER he was LOL!!!!!

Never in all my years as a fader would I think the society would make all these changes. But is all about the money. Most witnesses don't read the watchtower through and through. I know I didn't. I just glanced at what was in there. But you can rest assured, the study articals will still be there to control the minds of the cult members into eternal damnation.

Question: How do we even know if Satan was cast out in 1914 since the WB&TS is apparently wrong about that date. For all we know Satan is still allowed access to heaven. The book of revelation is a prophecy about the future a lot of it definitely not fulfilled ?
