Independentthinker: I feel you. Oh! That doesn't sound good. Hell, you know what I mean. How can they talk about people who have a different orientation than we do, obviously no fellow feeling. They forget one VERY IMPORTANT FACT. There are over 24,000 active Pediophiles associated with the WB&TS in good standing, some even serving as elders and also allowed to go out in field service. The very person they may trust with their lives could very well be eyeing their little sons.
After something unthinkable happens to them maybe then it will hit home.

Cantleave: Angus, this video is well put together and I wish I could sign the petition. But because of being a U.S. Citizen not able to. There was a similar petition for removal of tax free status the destructive cults in the U.S. and I signed it but, I don't think enough signatures were received to implement this to the White House. The national debt could be wiped out in one fell swoop if they were taxed.
I was thinking that most are afraid to sign because they may feel that by their signing they would bring about the Great Tribulation. This of course is my opinion. Hopefully, everyone will realize that is inevitable and we need to take a stand for what is decent and right due to the GREAT HARM to innocent people.

i really get miffed at misuse of there/their/they're and your/you're, then/than, etc.. i very rarely ever go so far as to correct anyone on it, but it would seem that maybe karma caught up with me today on another thread when i typed that i had "said my peace".

she was talking about a letter to all congregations with loans from wts.
the letter was asking the publishers how much they can pay towards a refinance.

It's amazing that the G.B. can think at all. It's obvious that they are not governed by Holy Spirit, but only by human reasoning which is used by men who have no clue. Puff the dragon said it to the tee, what we the G.B. say is gospel and if you don't concede you will not have a family to talk too. You will be labeled APOSTATE when in fact they themselves have Stayed from the way.

by yourmomma inhere is a quote from the 8/15/12 watchtower study simplified edition that just was posted on jw.org.. on page 13 paragraph 12 it says "those who ignore the warnings from the faithful and discreet slave will harm themselves and those they love.".
also, another doozy is earlier on paragraph it likens those who have not read social networking articles from the faithful slave before using, "is like taking a powerful medicine without first reading the warning on the bottle.".
im not even done reading this whole magazine yet, but i thought i'd share these insane comments.
