dear all,.

i've not been posting for some time as my dear husband has just been diagnosed with prostate cancer.

we are awaiting further tests and are terrified.

We'll try ant treatment that will keep us together. Personally I am a great believer in homeopathy, and we will investigate this and many other routes as we learn more. I am just relieved I don't have to search for bloodless treatments anymore. Can you imagine. I believe there is a possibility of bloodloss with the conventional surgery, even with the biopsy.

i have a friend whos a jw and last october we started to hang out together (just us two).

everything was fine, we'd talk, watch movies etc.

then i started to feel different towards him, i started to like him.

It gets better, but when you are 19 and 'in love' there seems no way out. There is of course, and if you are able to give yourself a breathing space the pain will subside enough for your better judgement to surface.

this terrible event in your land saddens us all ... i am sorry that those responsible are likely doing this to get revenge upon your nation for its support of the united kingdom, the usa and other coalition of nations devoted to the war on terror ... you and your loved ones killed so tragically are in our thoughts and prayers ... your natioin is honored among us all ... and may you heal from this as quickly as possible.

I guess one has to keep on believing. But wherever we pit our faith one must always have a nagging doubt as to will it ever be justified/satisfied.

Thanks so much for that. I'll check those out. You can get wonderful information over the net, but some of it scares the life out of you. I must just learn what I can and press on day to day.

WT Library Software

yesterday, i installed the 2001 watchtower library software on my pc.

suddenly i was not able to view any and all "apostate" sites i had just been to seconds earlier before installing the software, including this forum.

having a gut feeling, i uninstalled the wt library software, and presto!

this terrible event moved me to tears as i watched the news broadcasts. what hope is there to offer these people, the victims and their families? will the war on terror really be won?
