Did you use the JW calendars?

even in my hardcore active jw time i had no use for the jw calendar.

i ordered it each year and put it into a drawer.

most months were really ugly illustrated and it was completly useless without the holidays.

UK only - What assembly circuit were you in?

i think there are about 20 cong in each circuit (correct me if i'm wrong).

i was in the sussex circuit, can't remember which number though.

any of you remember which circuit you're cong was assigned to?.

Cumbria no.1, who I beleive are getting a single CO. That should get the girls going.

What ended your resurrection hope? I hope we see our loved ones again, perhaps the question should be where, not how.

Yep, read them to make sure I knew what all the fuss was about. I don't deny they are fun, entertaining reads, but I hold to what I said. Compare the writing style with Tolkein for example.

Queued? Not only can I not spell it, I would not do it. Our local Asdas hyped the release up but the book did not leap from the shelves and one could wander in any old time to get a copy.
Maybe it appeals to your average 8 year old child, but I prefer my kids to read something with literary worth that stretches them, not poor grammer and unimaginative prose.
I wouldn't have minded thinking of the idea myself though. All that lovely money!!
