  Are YOU saved?

  sadly today, many churches and religious organisations teach their followers that they are saved based on something the bible does not record.

  many people are following a lie, and are heading to a lost eternity and do not know it.. my question here is... are you saved?

  it's vitally important to know!.

  BettyHumpter the eskimo quote is a good one because it shows not all will have heard about Jesus, but the ones who have heard can make the choice to believe in him or not to . Luke chapter 12 : 47,48 parable shows people will be judged based upon their understanding.

  does anyone know about how to go about persuading the person who has the rights to print a batch?.

  Context Crossref Comment Greek Verse (Click for Chapter) New International Version If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. I have heard this many times in tent meetings as a kid and in Baptist church. The tent meetings would have an alter call...many would go and be "saved". Some who had been saved went up to the alter to be an encouragement to those who wanted to be saved. We also "declare with your mouth" in testimony at the tent meetings. I was just a kid, but I well remember testifying before the crowd...You just stood up and told a blessing you had. The tent meetings were fun! We met people and there was hymm singing. Once there were two different preachers and one didn't agree with what the first one preached and brought out opposing scriptures. I remember my granddad commenting about it. I don't remember much else ( 55+ years ago ) I think one had preached "once saved, always saved" and the other preached that wasn't the case. Once saved, always saved seemed to be a pretty big teaching when I was a kid. In conclusion, based only upon Roman 10:9, I would say I have been saved since I don't really remember when. ( but there are scriptures that let us know we have to stay a Christian course)

  ..I wanted to read the-In Search of Christian Freedom and couldn't find it in any form to download into my kindle...the paper copies were out of reach. I found a couple of youtube channels where that book was being read so I got to listen to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTw9ohdZCfI&t=5s

  I am commenting on the document about sheparding the incarerated. " Regular communication with the incarerated will help them feel connected with the congregation"...."prefer.... in-person visits and sheparding...." Here is what this reminded me of: I once had a Dr. I liked but it was hard to get an appointment with him because he ended up with a contract to treat at the Fed. prison. The inmates ended up getting the better DR. I think the guideline shows that bad behavior gets rewarded! I was in the local congregation for 10years...you had to beg to get a matter looked into. NO "shepard" called to see how you were doing ( you would get a call or text if your time wasn't turned in timely ) My spouse died and 3 years later when mentioning it to the "shepards", they didn't know I had been married. I think the only reason I got the sheparding call to start with was some of the friends were complaining about what I was posting on FB ( articles from viralogists, doctors, biologists, etc. ) In a way, during the "lock down", all were "incarerated"...I didn't know of anyone getting special attention. During that time, I bet if I dared to sort it out,I couldn't come up with a dozen names of those from the congregation that communicated with me.

  As to the training for the elders required by Illinois...Yeah, that is a set-up to throw them under the bus...been in the works awhile everywhere IMO...I think that because when the CO does the appointing of Elders and MS, it is to take responsibility away from the powers that be ( so much for being appointed by Holy Spirit )

  jehovah created humans.

  jehovah created humans as free moral agents.

  A Most Curious Tale of Archie Oliver Twist

  a most curious tale of archie oliver twist.

  11 years old, archie olivertwist passed into a coma on june 7, 1942. his neck was broken from a dive into a shallow riverbed at a family picnic.. archie was maintained in a vegetative state in a long-term care facility.

  hoping against all hope, his maintenance costs were paid by his parents.. half a century later, in the mid-1990s, they specified in their will that his brother and sister were bound by honor toward archie's continued care, using a trust fund established for that purpose.. miraculously, he finally awoke on january 16, 2017, archie was now 85.. oh, one more thing …(brace your mind for this…).

  some must not think it so terrible...they like to go to an isolated tropical places and beaches and go naked.

  I think some people also like to pick on God himself. Free will allows that.
