  Curtailing zoom

  co visit, so right from the horse's mouth ( or somewhere).

  too many are staying on zoom, missing face to face encouragement.

  look for the elders to implement changes.. also people at the door are so receptive and glad to see us.

  Back in the 90s it was hard find a seat at meetings sometimes and assemblys. Meeting attendance has been going down for decades. We all know it has nothing too do with pandemic. Watchtower would not have the courage too remove zoom. They bluffing. But it would be interesting if they would. I bet the yearly report wouldn't come out year after that 😎

  Read on Reddit. A

  JW couple was send to Bahamas, to help a building project. Tony Morris son was also working same project. Every one was instructed not to ask Tony's son what happened to his father. So it probably wasn't anything positive the reason he got removed. No way it was for health reasons.

  had to take a break to get my chores caught up; last section: strengthen your love.

  this implies that any jw had "real" love or knew what it was outside the wts definition.

  many jws just perpetuate the type of love they were show in their congregation.

  They written in watchtower, for congregations to be blessed with members and people from district attending meetings, their must be strong Cristian love in congregations. My thoughts is how can their be strong Christian love in a cooperation.

  New Convention Song “ It Will Not Be Late”

  this made me chuckle.

  a new song that they are encouraged to practice for the convention.. “ we know your day will come, sure as the rising sun.

  no matter how long it takes , it will not be late” …………... it is based on habakkuk 2 , we discussed this in depth around 1973/1974.

  Think not focusing on music and dancing was one big mistake JW leaders made. Have read that Rutherford (of course 😁) removed singing from meetings. Was like that for some year's.They probably wanted to differentiate themselves from other group's. But instead it made for very boring and passive meetings. Whole Bible is about music and singing. From the old testament with their assembly's and new testament praising God at the meetings with Cheerful singing.

  JWs Still Attending on Zoom

  another topic based on a conversation with a friend living near warwick (i talked to him over the weekend).

  he said that cong's in and around bethel, including his, are slowly starting to see an uptick with people attending in person his cong is pretty much 75%+ in person.

  however there are many that still use zoom as a fall back.

  You know when the food and service is bad at restaurant, people don't visit the place. That's what's going on with spiritual food headquarters producing. Living near Warwick and having bethelits in congregation, does he have any news about Tony Morris? Like if he still at bethel?

  not much knew but looking back at previous articles, the wts has ramped up on this topic since 2020...i see a correlation there.

  They should be more scared of the part of the GT when Jesus separate the sheep's from the goat. When Slave Class either rewarded or punish. They never focus on the juridical part of the GT. Maeby they don't fear God. Or they just use the GT to scare rank and file.

It's time to stop this little charade governing body and confess things. What things have you made wrong decisions about?

  was a jw (2002-2011), ended up writing a da letter.

  If JW life is the best life ever. And spiritual food now represents the real food that's gonna be in new system. Means everyone gonna go round depressed and starving in new system 😁

  "It's kind of like saying, "I have sinned" but never admitting to anything specific" That's exactly what they done. Like rank and file they shouldn't get a pass. They should go out and be specific about what they done.

  I know this subject been talked about before. Most seem too think it's about errors in new light. But the more I think about what they wrote, it's seems they addressing much bigger issues.

DOGMA)] or in organizational direction(what the organization wants to be in the future)". One thing if they said hundred years ago they went wrong direction. But now they basically admitting is over for org. Sure they are to proud too say what mistakes. But this is the closest that watchtower gonna go admitting they mess things up.
