  good morning everyone,.

  i am drinking coffee and thinking about something that kept my tossing and turning all night.

  i want to tell my wife, the elders, my friends, that i have been watching a pattern develope within the wtbts for years, and that i love them all but feel that tha wtbts has become a mirror of ancient jerusalem when they strayed.

  If you have strong family attachments and they don't agree with your position, you might be opening a can of worms, unnecessary grief. I would fade until your family is on the same page. That might come sooner than you think.

  FYI, I went to a KH (Spanish) for the memorial because I wanted to experience the festivity. The importance of partaking made me feel great. It was sad though to see so many people clueless. I was the only one partaking out of about 250.

  Everyone seemed like tourist passing through a museum, unfriendly. Strange.

  I disagree; WWI & WWII is monumental world instability, "nation against nation kingdom against kingdom." Truly beacon lights flashing, we are headed for something dire.

  And, simultaneously JW leadership is on the wrong side of this issue CHOOSING to practice “evil” deceptions and blasphemy of God's name.

  But the "full end of the age" could begin in 1914, WWI & WWII, etc. ... culminatiing in Armaggeddon.

  Between 32-33 C.E. before Jesus death Satan is cast out when Jesus sent his disciple on their first Christian ministry.

  Interesting Findings from the ESA Plank Satellite

  the european space agency has produced a fascinating map of the universe using the super dooper plank satelite.. by stripping out dust emissions and radio frequencies from the milky way galaxy and more distant objects to leave just the afterglow of the big bang, an image of the microwave radiation (measured over a 15 month period) has been obtained that gives an extremely precise picture of the universe just 380,000 years after the big bang.. what we have learned from this data is the universe is some 80 million years older than we thought, the universe is made up of slightly more ordinary matter than was previously thought - 4.9% of all matter, up from 4.5% - and that there is less dark energy (which cosmologists don't understand) than previously thought and also it has an axis of evil (it appears the early universe was assymetrical) and a cold spot!!.

  so we need to go back to the drawing board with regard to inflation theory to account for the asymmetry and cold spot.. this is why i love science, the more we learn, the more we have to learn.

  CERN now knows we have a (not the) Higgs boson and the spin is 0. More details are needed to say whether it fits the Standard Model or a more exotic model theory. If it fits the Standard model only, this means there is only one Higgs boson in the universe.

  Next focused report is to see if this Higgs discovery sheds light on antimatter.

  

  Spin is the amount of rotation an object has, taking into account its mass and shape. This is also known as an object's angular momentum. Objects as large as a planet or as small as a photon can have the property of spin. Spin is also the reason we can watch movies in 3D.

  All objects have some amount of angular momentum. A spinning coin has a little angular momentum; the moon orbiting the earth has a lot. Like energy, angular momentum is a conserved quantity: The total amount is constant, though it can flow from one object to another. When a spinning figure skater contracts her arms and rotates faster, her angular momentum is unchanged because a narrow object rotating quickly has the same angular momentum as a wide object rotating slowly.

  Particles, as far as we know, are infinitesimal points of zero size. Yet they have measurable amounts of angular momentum. Does the concept of rotation even make sense for a featureless speck? Angular momentum seems to be a more foundational concept than rotation itself.

  The angular momentum, or spin, of a single particle is restricted in strange ways. It can have only an certain values, and not all values are allowed for all particles. Electrons and quarks (particles of matter) can have a spin of -1/2 or +1/2; photons (particles of light) can have a spin of -1 or +1; and Higgs bosons must have a spin of 0.

  Though particle spins are tiny, they have an impact on our everyday world. The spin property of photons allows us to create 3D movies. A movie theater simultaneously projects two images, one with positive-spin photons and the other with negative-spin photons. One side of a pair of 3D glasses filters out the positive-spin photons, and the other filters out the negative-spin photons. We therefore see one image with each eye. Our brains combine them to create the illusion of depth.

  Big Bang........ Big silence....

  i am 32, old enough to remember being told to refute the big bang as untrue by my parents and the religion they brought me up in.. it was a big decision for me even as a teen, i knew i was choosing a side, i remember my physics teacher laughing and mocking me and the other jw for denying the big bang.

  our parents arranged that in our exams we were allowed to answer questions on the big bang in a unique manner:.

  "scientists claim......... but as a jw i do not subscribe to this belief.".

  JWs are no longer relevant; they are not “the true religion.” More and more folks know this. So, what they think, or use to think, about science is a museum relic. Done. Over. Dusty.

  And, Jews did not believe the earth was a flat circular disc in space. The only way the earth can appear as a circle from any point in space (God is ubiquitous) it would have to be a sphere.

  Your trying to be clever creating straw man arguments isn’t working.

  Many ex-JWs left the BORG because the “GB FDS” refuse to be "faithful" to Biblical as well as scientific truth. This brand of Christian won't go with you either down slippery slope silly reasoning.

  We believe in the Big Bang.
