  in his upcomming book, "how jesus became god" bart ehrman has a new view on how paul viewed jesus.

  there he made a recent blog entry where he argues that paul viewed jesus to be an angel according to galations 4:14. .

  Interesting post, but “theory goes” can’t be taken as creditable Biblical evidence. You agree?

  I disagree:

  YLT Ga 2:9 "Having known the grace that was given to me, James , and Cephas , and John , who were esteemed to be pillars, a right hand of fellowship they did give to me, and to Barnabas, that we to the nations, and they to the circumcision may go"

  "Paul could not have read the Gospels since they were written after his death."

  I disagree:

  Paul and Peter are martyrs in Rome c. 64-69 C.E. The 4 Gosples were complete before then, only possible exception is John.

  Hubble deep field photograph

  i have always found the hubble deep field photograph, apparently hubbles most important photograph, very interesting.. for those of you who don't know, it's a long exposure or series of long exposures taken over many months of an otherwise completely empty and black region of space.. i was reading some info on it from the uk physicist brian cox, and he explains another dimension to it.. when you look at the deep field photograph, you are seeing a true 3d picture.

  each galaxy in the picture are vast distances apart.

  some relatively near, some almost the entire edge of the galaxy away.

  In our homes, wherever, we all have flipped through our TV remote control and found channels with white noisy snow, that piercing SNOW is the background radiation left over from the Big Bang 13.8 billion year ago.

  This is empirical observational first hand personal proof for the Big Bang cosmos beginning, the most important event in the universe.

  Did Jesus Use Gods Personal Name?

  the wt says yes.

  i looked it up a few weeks ago and they said "we can be sure he used his fathers name".

  for me the argument is more just interesting from a biblical and academic stand point.

  Like a dead clock, right twice a day, JWs (like most religions) can have some things correct.

  But we know at their core they have an agenda that’s toxic; it is a facade, a religious kabuki real-estate empire with few smattering of truth.

  Dangerous!

  So what do we do about this? We simply collect and believe all the nuggets of truth, avoid the false religious agenda traps, and serve God faithfully. It does take diligence.

  This is how all the faithful "saints" in the past did it. Such faithful are gathered in God spiritual temple and rewarded.

  Jesus doesn't see it that way. He's content with being the " SON of God." It's always been that way.

  Our job is to pay attention to details, like YOU pay attention to legal brief facts of a case.

  Of course it's a spoof. Why would a "vow to Jehovah" person want to go round and round with x-Jdubs? Doesn't add up!

  You are buying into fourth century theology which is contaminated. This explains it.
