  OT - Pork was unclean... NT Now it's not?

  Inspired - Other words and phrases used by Watchtower.

  what other words and phrases does the watchtower use instead of inspired, but basically meaning the same thing.. as we all know watchtower are masters at semantics and have done great in making its members follow them as if they were inspired..

  A topic discussed many times I'm sure. My brother a current JW saw this once and went to the elders in the hall. They too were a little surprised by really examining that scripture. Some had never read it properly before. My brother spoke to someone who gave the excuse that two nails could have been used. Fair enough, but I have yet to see it in any JW literature and in their artwork. My book of bible stories, no. Jeus -The way, the truth, the life on jw.org. I see paintings of him on the stake with a nail through the wrist. But not the hands and certainly not two nails as is mentioned in John.

  no, these are not new lyrics.

  they are the original lyrics as to be found in the 1950 songbook: "songs to jehovah's praise".

  the song is simply called "dedication".. the words may have been altered in recent years, but the "new" words are simply the old words being re-hashed.. we can't make a meal of this as some are doing.. just saying, that's all..

  there is a video to go with it, seems really interesting.

  makes me laugh in the comment section about how now this validates the bible etc.... yet sadly the jws will not accept archaeology that proves the fall of jerusalem in 587 bc.

  JW voting in the EU referendum

  so i saw my mum today and saw her polling card that everyone in the uk gets if they are eligible to vote.

  i asked if she will or not and she thought that its still wrong.. it's been a while but what is the stance on voting.

  this isn't voting for a member of parliament or in the local council.

  It's been a while but what is the stance on voting. This isn't voting for a member of parliament or in the local council. But the direction this country will go.
