I know a couple of people that work for the sheriff's dept. They handle accident reports and do not carry guns. It's the gun thing. You can be a cop but... gunless. Even though it's ok to defend yourself biblically.

After I did the falling away thing years ago I eventually started training and it was one of the best things I ever did for myself personally. I chose to continue training instead of meetings. I was told in a JC meeting that I had to give it up. NOT
The elements that I learned are taken from many different disciplines.

:I've seen her hubby on TV about 3 times this past week. And I don't even watch TV that much! I haven't seen any of Hillary.
Public Relations. IF she were to run for office Bill would be supportive of her and they would look like a team. She would use him to get herself into the White House the same as she did the first time. His popularity far outweighs hers and that would be utilized. I don't think she could do it without his support.
A debate between Rice and Hillary about anything would be interesting. -

people who were raised jws, really worry that they are doing the right thing in leaving, yet who have been made to feel not good enough by the wts, who felt they never measured up, who struggled with it, but came to realize that what they'd been brought up to believe was just not the truth.. the same stories are told over and over again, and they come from sincere, good people - not whiny, fault-finding apostates like the rest of us riffraff around here!

As far as I knew they never changed their policy but updated it with new tech. They still do not condone "whole blood" transfusions and since they didn't have only "parts" of it to chose from back then why would they take responsibility for it now? They will justify themselves.

Why are the world's anointed not called to Brooklyn to be Governing Body?
by free2beme inwhen i was in the witnesses, and near the end of my time in.
there was the whole new understanding, of putting non-anointed people in positions in the organization that were normally something an anointed person would be in.
i remember them mentioning that the amount of anointed was dwindling and there needed to be people in these positions of responsibility, to make sure the work continues.. after this was highlighted and all good witnesses swallowed this thinking hook line and sinker.
