  the society teaches that since around 1919 the anointed who have died and do die, are resurrected as spirit creatures.

  the only one to be resurrected as a spirit that is documented in the bible is jesus.

  when jesus was resurrected, did he appear to his disciples yet his body was still buried?

  Paleo Diet. What do you think?

  i have been suffering from fatigue, burning in my stomach, and i have always had canker sore issues as long as i can remember.

  whether it's from stress or not, i can't say, but i might be getting an ulcer.

  the burning in my stomach and intestinal puffiness is getting to be be chronic.

  I live by the Paleo/Primal diet, it has changed my life for the better. I finally have energy. I feel best with lots and lots of fat, butter, coconut oil.

  i have noticed that there are different reactions to learning the "truth about the truth".

  some become quite bitter and angry and become very activist.

  others seem to just move on quite easily.. .

  The pain and the hurt and the lies the cult and their followers spread is justification for us being angry and bitter. Of course I work on it everyday but when it hurts so much anger and bitterness does seem to be my first response. I feel far from pity for any of them, especially those who chose the cult as an adult like my parents.

  Everything 'Muddy Waters' said on the first page is so true.

  Hell yes Im angry because everyone we ever knew including all our family, parents, siblings, lifelong friends, want nothing to do with us and thats only to do with our fading away. We cant celebrate a birthday or xmas in public, have to hide the xmas tree etc.

  Every damn part of our life is affected by the cult, oh and then theres the shitty childhood with parents that always put their stupid god before their kids.

  Yeah Im angry and bitter but I try not to be and sometimes make a little progress then as I turn a corner theres another stumbling block in my way to freedom.

  Today is a bad day but most days I am happier than Ive ever been with a light feeling of freedom to think and be what I want.

  had this conversion with my dad earlier today, hes an elder...both my parents were laid off during the recession, however, they saved and lived a decent life.

  i attended the circuit assembly this weekend.

  it was boring as always (except for one positive thing that was said was that we should be gentle especially the elders).. there was one thing that left me absolutely speechless.

  the co was explaining how to measure neighbourly love: by the amount of time spent in fieldservice.. the next point he mentioned was that we should strictly adhere to the disfellowshipping arrangments and not find excuses to speak to df family members.. .
