I remember reading a post from a board member probably a year ago where he was talking about his son being an Ultimate Fighter. Is this possibly the same guy?
I want to say it was rekless but I could be mistaken. It's happened before.

gee, i don't even know if it's safe to use a cell phone in the bathtub.....
Do I sweat while I'm swimming?
I know he didn't ask for answers to the questions, but yes, you do sweat while swimming.
this is from the wall street journal (page a12), thursday, march 1, 2007: (sorry i don't know how to scan).
"there is an irresistible quality to the story about al gore's energy hungry tennessee home, replete with a heated poolhouse that burns more natural gas--$500/month worth--than most of us can afford to use while heating houses that shelter people, as opposed to swimming lanes.
did you know that mr. gore's house uses more electricity in a month than the average household does in a year?.
What is wrong with a car ? Why do they NEED an SUV?
There is nothing wrong with a car, I've owned several over the years. I CHOOSE to drive an SUV because I regularly participate in activities that are much easier when I have a SPORT UTILITY vehicle. It's not as easy to put five bikes on a car and drive five to seven people to a bike event. I find it's much easier to haul my friends, our bikes and wetsuits and all the stuff we need to triathlons during the summer. I love being able to load it up and head to the hills for a weekend of camping. Steve always drives when he and his buddies go scuba diving because the SUV holds all the equipment and the cars don't. Most of all, I love that my kids are safe in a big-ass vehicle. I don't apologize for driving a huge SUV. I use it.

are global warming skeptics really just cranks?
i don't doubt that we are having some effect on .
We had a lovely March 1 dump of snow this morning. Schools closed across the Puget Sound area, 7th snow day this year for my kids. It's really unsual to have snow in the Seattle area, it's happened so frequently this winter I'm keeping the boots and gloves by the front door.
i don't know if this has been posted before.
i am getting all excited about ricky gervais again as extras starts back this week - yaaaay!.

That was awesome. I've never seen his stand up, he's brilliant.
Love Extras too.
now i'm not going all girly or anything but kissing is still great!
if my wife is, for example, preparing a meal i might be able to kiss her on the side of the neck while she's peeling the potato's.
i know what you're thinking, 'that nic's a smooth ol' romatic operator'!.
I did once. . .thank God for bridge traffic on the Tacoma Narrows! They were really late.
LOL, I'm probably the only person who get's the Tacoma Narrows traffic reference.
i know most people have way worse problems then me but i just need to vent.
i have had the worse 3 months ever!!!.
my husband may be losing his job within the next year.
At the same time we ordered a college Statistics book on ebay and it never showed up. So I drove 45 miles out of my way and paid $130.00 at the college for a new book only to return home that night and find that the other book had shown up. (Now my husband is 3 weeks behind in one of his classes). So Monday, my husband drives back to the college to return the new book and they won't take it back.
Sell it on ebay.
Sorry for the run of bad luck. At least the sun is shining this week!

ok, you may rant about anything that you find doesn't have the quality it used to have.. i bought a new toaster last week.
my old one was 13 years old, and i just felt like i needed a new one.
so i bought the same make, and similar price that i paid some 13 years ago.
I just bought some ice cream last night and ALL the packages that used to be 1/2 gallon are now 1.75 quarts. Same price, less product.
I usually buy the replacement policy on electronics. They pay for themselves in the long run. My husband bought me an iRiver MP3 player with a two year replacement policy for an extra $10. It started failing after a year or so, so I took it back. Because the technology had advanced, I was able to get a new player with a lot more memory and another 2 year replacement policy for the same price he paid for the first one.
We bought our daughter a Karaoke machine in 2004 for Christmas. We bought a 4 year repair/replace policy for an extra $30. It started showing signs of failure so I took it back. They don't carry them anymore so they gave me a store credit. I bought her a nice Sony stereo with the 2 year policy for an extra $10 over the original price. Best Buy for both the MP3 and the Karaoke machine.
The replacement policies have saved me hundreds of dollars and I have brand new upgraded products.
i find myself in a situation that has me very confused.
id like your input on this.
i work for a large company (over 550 employees) and as such, romantic and or sexual relationships between employees tend to develop every once in a while.
I don't think a ten year age difference matters at all.
<-------- My husband is ten years older than me. We've been married for over 18 years. Age hasn't been an issue since the early years when I was still a teenager. Even then, it wasn't a big deal to us.

i have a 3 year old girl, and she is wild... she has recently started completley disobeying, talking back, slamming doors, spitting at me etc.
it is getting miserable to go anywhere because she throws fits, runs around resturants screaming.
at dance class, her teacher had to send her off the floor because she was the only kid running around and woud not listen.
Candidly and Brooke are right on. You have to ignore it and/or make it very unpleasant for her. If she gets a payoff of any kind, she'll do it again.
My kids are 21 months apart. Three was hard because the youngest was rapidly approaching 2. Now they are 8 and 10. They fight like crazy but I'm still hopefull.
