  There is a Mole in Brooklyn

  reading cedar's excellent article about the july 15, 2013 new-light" study edition of the watchtower got me thinking:.

  the control freaks in brooklyn known as the governing body (aka fds) must be having conniption fits knowing that there is a mole in bethel leaking information to apostates!

  "three weeks ahead of its expected release date in mid-april, a scanned copy of the july 15 2013 "study edition" of the watchtower was leaked to the office of jwsurvey by a conscientious active witness within the organization.".

  The Watchtower articles are avaible months eariler to the Circuit Overseers. There's no way the Watchtower can track the Mole down. It could have been leaked from any COs or sub-COs or Watchtower heavies or their trusted friends and family members. Being a most hard core JW, in the past even though I was female, I was shared the Wt articles months prior to their releasing to the public.

  When I was being Wicth Hunted by the Watchtower elders, I found myself being assisted and counseled by the unknown Bethelite. He was helping me through the third person. One of the things I was told was to threaten to sue the elders and the Watchtower if all other tactics fall apart. It was an unthinkable action at the time as I was still a believer that I did not follow through the counsels. Looking back, the Mole was right on the money. As far as I know he and his wife are still in the Watchtower Headquater. To this day I have no idea of the identity of the Bethelite.

  I am not surprised the possibility of some seriouse dissenters especially among older bethelites who remaining in the cult not having any other options but rely on the Watchtower for Shelter and food. My heart goes out to them.

  leaving the org was not a doctrinal choice for me as it was for many on this board.

  i left mentally because of the boredom and then i physically left by being dfd.

  i have been reading here for about a month or so and now i know i made the right decision.

  these quotes and excerpts i'm going to post here come from the " jehovah's witnesses - office of public information " from their website as it was posted on 12/2/07.

  my wife and i have a lurking witness friend who sent us this information as she is very pro-active trying to fight child abuse from within the organization itself !

  so get your barf bags ready- you are going to need them to stomach this " official policy " garbage from the wt society.

  That's right! Unless a child screamed, a child is guilty of committing a fornication and therefore no rape happened. In such a case, the elders are to use whatever methods they can come out to interrogate a child for a confession. It's called a "Breaking Session." A True Story!

  As you said, the Watchtower is all about to protect themselves and whatever fits to their current agenda.

  i don't know about you, i'm an atheist, but i cannot accept that any religion can justify this inhumane, brutal, wicked treatment of a child victim of rape.. there is no excuse for this behaviour on the part of a supposedly civilsed government.

  it has fuck all to do with religion, it has all to do with humanity and being a 'human being'.. i have written to my mp and hope to follow this up through the un charter on childrens' rights.. anyone here booked a 'maldives luxury holiday'?.

  Kudos to you for writing to your MP!

  The Watchtower makes them look like amateurs though. The WT actually sentence the young victim the death penalty(disfellowshipping) and protect the perpetrator(s).

  To Jehovah's Witnesses, being disfellowshipped is worse than dying. It, in fact, is being sentenced to an everlasting destruction(double dying). It takes your very being away.

  And the Watchtower Religious Leaders knew it. As a matter of a fact, through such an inhumane practice, the Cult thrives.

  You become a human hostage of the Watchtower Town in the moment of baptism.

  The Watchtower Cult leaders are the Criminals of Humanity.

  Ironically though, once you've figured out TTATT, disfellowshipping is the best thing that could ever happened to the Cult members. You are no longer under their captivity even though you may loose family and friends. That's why we are fighting against the Cult for the sake of our loved ones who are enslaved by the Evilness and warning public, ex-JWs, who remained in the darkness included, from becoming the victims of cult.

  Edit: Only those who personally exprienced the evilness of the Watchtower leadership would truly understand what it is like being "dehumanized" Of course it is a "violation of human right"!

  i registered over a year ago.

  i jumped in several months back with a highly controversial subject of my daughter being sexually abused by an elder and the efforts we were taking to bring him to justice.

  There are a lot of crazy details and things most of you may never believe that I have left out.

  I know exactly what you meant by that! I too have an unbelievable story that's similar to what happened to your daughter. I, too, like yourself, have never given up but tirelessly have been working in bringing justice for my daughter. I helped 4 Jehovah's Witnesses Elders to be convicted as child abusers by the DCFS in the State of Utah. As a consequence, I was maliciously slandered and charged with "Reviling elders" and got disfellowshipped. I appealed the case to the the Governing Body and at the end, the GB endorsed the convicted child abusers and persecuted my family, the victims. Those abusers are still serving as elders, one as a Sub-Circuit Overseer whose name is Harry Diamanti. 3 others are Dan Harper, Eric Stocker, and Lonney Hicks.

  But I can tell you this, their days are numbered!

  I am trully sorry what happened to your daughter. She wouldn't be here today had you not been there for her. You both are heroes!
