  i work at target.

  back in the good ole' days, witnesses used to come in all the time to see me.

  i would say that there were maybe three or four families that came in regularly.. since the announcement was made though, i've had at least 35 diiferent people come in.

  ok, this is gross.. i use to work in a restaurant in fl.

  this lady use to come in that we called poopy pants.

  i've got the conversation my 'laywer' jason had with the head of my appeal hearing ghram, he refues to answer any questions about the recorder being tampered with, but denies that anyone named 'sean' was at the meeting, then later he talks about talking to 'sean' at the meeting!.

  this guy is so desprate to cover his own ass.

  btw, i will testify that the bag was closed when i was in the room before i left and that it was open after i got back.

  anyone who listened to sol's recordings, would have heard at the end of the first recording of the second appeal meeting (the one that he showed up with a bearded jw named "sean") sol mentioning a second recording device that remained in a brief case recording the elders as they discussed sol's case without him present.

  perhaps you are wondering what happened to those.

  well, let me fill you in.. sometime while sol was dismissed from the group for the second time, the elders searched the brief case.

  I think for this to work, you would have to deny it was turned on (since you and SOL weren't party to the conversation when you were out of the room). The elders would claim it was turned on. Your word against theirs.
  
  You would then claim they deleted all your (other) files. They would deny. Your word against theirs, again.
  
  In the future I would suggest replacing the digital recorder with a tiny mic+transmitter, and have the receiver/recording safely across the street in a locked car.

  UPDATE 2: Since Freedom is Free, Why is it Taxed?

  yesterday after school i had to go work on a project with friends.

  mom said be home by 5, but there was a huge accident a mile from where i live, and i sat on the road for like 10 - 12 minutes, and was 5 minutes late getting home.

  mom was there (didn't go to work- guess why) and she was pissed.

  Get Direct Deposit or else cash your cheques before mom gets them. It might be wise to open a new account and close your old one, as you Mom might have access, or know you PIN, password, etc. In fairness, I suggest paying her "room & board" money, but this should be a fair and reasonable amount -- fair to both her and you.
  
  My suggestion: save your money (even if you have to be sneaky to keep your hard earned money in your pockets) and move out asap. Even a tiny basement apartment would be your emanicaption; you have to start somewhere.
  
  If Eduardo is correct (I suspect he is) and your mom has right to your property, then it is likely useless to call the Police (which I was going to suggest). But it might still be interesting to call them, to let her know that you will pursue all avenues to protect your rights. Also, I wonder if opening your mail is permitted? Funny things, those federal laws, they might even apply to minors, who knows?
  
  You might want to take your mom to small claims court; did you get pictures of your mail in her car? Is there any way to prove you had the $200 and she now has it? If so, gather the proof.
  
  If the your car is in your name, the day you turn 18, explain to you mom either she gives you the keys or you call the cops. (If the car's in her name, learn the local bus schedule, get friendly with carpoolers, get a cheap bicycle from work, and start saving for your own car. It won't be easy, but it will be rewarding.)
  
  Now then... what your plans for school in the fall, young man? I don't want this present difficulty to interfere with your long term plans for a real education. :)
  
  Hey, as a stuggling student, can you qualify for Student Assistance? Become and expert on this subject. There is money out there if you know where to look. Ask your high school guidance counsellor. In fact, ask your Guidance Counsellor for advice on your entire situation. They may be dweebs and dorks (I know all mine were when I was in high school), but they are there to help, and often can and do.
