jst2laws as included me already,
10 years approx as a M serpent, on the verge of Eldership (took me long enough, then I saw the real truth).
The Elders would not let me come off for "medical reasons" so I confessed to one Elder about "a" doubt I had on chronology. That did the trick!

about three weeks before i handed in my letter of disassociation (two months ago) two elders from my congregation came to my door,for the first time since my son's death (which happened 8 months earlier).i knew it wasn't a special love for me or my family that suddenly motivated them to come.for few weeks prior to that visit i was sharing the new truth about the 'truth' that i was discovering with any listening ear.
now it was obvious to me that these two elders had been sent by the body of elders to hear it themselves so it can be used against me...and hear they did.
the 'poor' elders had to stand there (they refused to come in) and listen to it all.
Now" I continued "let say that Jesus was here today in the organization, kind of under cover, no one knew it was him, just a brother in the congregation. What would you say Jesus would do with any of the society's teachings or actions he knew was wrong? Wouldn't he do what he did in the first century, talk about , highlight and share the truth about anything he knew was wrong?"

i've read with great interest the allegations that five members of the governing body are child molesters.
where is the proof, because if this is true it is the ultimate answer to the 'prayers' of every member of this site, one way or the other.

I was one for 10 years ish! In my last cong I was a being groomed for appointment to Elder......on the verge of my first Public Talk etc.

i went from the jw's and got heavy into martial arts.
i have a black belt in kenpo karate, tkd, and kenjitsu and also hold ranks in jujitsu and other lower ranks in other systems.
i learned ages ago it is nothing evil like witnesses said it was, and have actually trained a few ex-jw's in my time.
I am a Black belt in Ty.phoo, does that count?

I received a couple of gifts from a JW family member in the U.S.A late last year.................. a newly rebound leather song book and Bible, errrm I mean NWT. Stoops did a great job rebinding them, it's just a shame it was not a proper Bible. Not that I like looking a gift horse in the mouth, but, I knew they would be collecting dust in a cupboard, I mean closet soon after. They could have sent me the money in stead! Have you seen how much Stoops charges too?!
