As an anecdote: I work with a dub who is middle aged, and been baptized about ten years. In the past few weeks he has told me that he has:
1. Had Thanksgiving with his "worldly" family members.
2. Attended our company's Christmas party (after hours, not at work)
3. Celebrated his birthday with his "worldly" relatives
By the way, he knows I'm an ex-dub and is very friendly with me. -
