I am sorry you are feeling bad.
This is what I do when I get something like you describe.
I eat only chicken soup for at least two days
. Homemade with vegetables is best but any kind will do.
But there are extra ingredients to add to your hot bowl of soup just before eating that does the magic.
Add one large raw chopped clove of garlic and as much ground cayenne as you can stand to your serving.
This will be very strong but it is good for you and you will feel better soon.
I also take lots of Vitamin C (the chewable kind is soothing to your throat).
At night my beverage is a hot whisky toddy or a bourbon and coke.
Germs just don’t have a chance with this diet!
Your loved ones will be protected because no one will want to get very close to you.
