now that your thoughts have changed do you question whether all of those years of heartfelt prayer, and pouring out of your inner most thoughts to (jehovah) god were actually transmitted?
is it possible that if we trully believed in our minds heart that what we perceived to be the "truth" in the jw org and the only way in which to reach god, that god (jehovah) would have accepted our prayers as sincere, and the context or the avenue in which we reached him was irrelevant?.
This makes me think that perhaps God was just a figment of my imagination, and is no higher than my cerebral cortex.

i didn't say capitalism is bad...i said uncontrolled capitalism. right now you are healthy and you obviously have a good job...if you belong to this category than yes the US is a good place to be in many respects (well maybe not climate in most parts, and not security but otherwise)...but what happenes if you get sick? you loose your job you loose your insurance with it and thyn the game is over. besides what happens to the millions of people who are just not as strong as you are (physical and mental maybe)...they are left behind in this society. so with all due respect i have to say that the european way of having controlled capitalism where sick, old, weak people are not just left to themselfs is the better way to go.

hitler took over europe because of the blitzkrieg tactic. german forces overrun poland, they invaded france by going through belgium and attacking from an unexpected side with high speed...and they overrun the russians. they had streched their military resources to the absolut limit. it is not true that they had a super massive force at their disposal. if you think about it...the only ground war they had to fight that took longer than a month was that in russia...when the allies landed in normandy it took them less than a year to fight the germans back to the homeland and further. the whole war with the west was faught in the air.
