  i've only started posting in "chat" the last couple of months and it has come to my notice that, very often, jwd .

  chat is the first place that sitting-on-the-fence jws go to.

  so where are all the watchtower "experts.

  You know who I mean. I have not met one of those that are considered "a genius," to appear on chat, the situation where they would have the greatest respect and influence! Why?

  I've only spent most of the last 11 years researching the Watchtower Society, and I have helped, I believe, some Newbies who have been on Chat (if not the main Forum, and others).

  I sometimes wonder what impact our "JWD Experts" could have had on them!

  Is there any particular reason why these posters stay away from "chat", where they could have a phenominal influence, yet post freely on a fairly benign, and ordinary thread?

  Some would attribute it to a lack of time or interest. Many of the people I believe you speak of have been on this site for years.

  If newbies who need information regarding JW's take the time to join this forum to join chat and read threads, then they can also take the time to use the search feature and find old topics with invaluable information to help guide them. Someone cannot always take people by the hand and lead them. If they joined this site, then they already took the first step.

  Perhaps I need to re-evaluate and determine that my political leanings do gravitate further toward the left than a typical moderate. I admit that. However I do not endorse any of the current Democratic candidates, and am registered as an Independent.

  In this thread I even defended the right-wingers and admitted some here were pushing things to far with left-wing extremism. I agreed with DR and others here:

  Mr. Bowen made some very scathing remarks about Ray Franz here in the past. If you look through silentlambs post history on this website you can find several threads discussing this topic.

  With that being stated this will be silentlambs last post on JWD. I am starting a new forum on the new silentlambs website and all future posting will go there. The forum will be moderated and hopefully will be a kinder safer place for abuse survivors to interact.

  If you take the time to look through the Member Directory, you will note that Bill Bowen, under the username silentlambs, formerly used this website almost daily with updates regarding his work and as a virtual corkboard to post messages for people. I guess he did not like criticism, even when he was wrong, and he instead chose to return to his silentlambs website and silentlambs work, and leave JW.com permanently under the guise of devoting his time entirely elsewhere.

  My what an appropriate username. Anyhow...

  DakotaRed made it clear in other threads that he holds contempt for this website. When welcomed back by other posters he made it clear that he has not returned, yet he finds it in his heart to post on every single political thread with a right-wing perspective insulting others and accusing them of being liberals or antiBush etc.

  If you actually took the time to look back through threads and read my comments, you would know I am a moderate, and do not support liberals anymore than I do conservatives. I merely point out hypocrisy when I see it.

  Perhaps if you knew the facts, your comments would have merit. As it stands currently, they do not.

  i have my reasons for not saying much on this thread and i really think the warning was put out there and it is up to you to trust jes,,,,,,,,someone you have known a long damn time, or someone who has already been deceptive.

  i don't want to say anymore,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, my reasons are very important to me and there may be some that may want to pm me about this , if i feel i can trust them , i will answer questions.

  i will not answer some questions on this thread to protect a poster here whom i dont want to hurt , she is a sweet lady and he knows her well, i don't think she knows he is even on this forum.. you all know me,,,,,,,,,,, you know jes,,,,,,,,,,there is more to it than you think.
