  glad to hear you found out heaven, before it went any further.

  I can't believe how many different opinions there are about someone expressing concern over a child posting here. Nobody knows all the posters here, or the posters that use the chatroom, so why people here think it would be 'safe' to send their 12 year old daughter into chat without adult supervision is beyond me.

  I have seen chat in the past that was so crude......that i wondered if I was even old enough to be in there ( a long time ago, and not by anyone on this thread)

  these stars telling us how we should think and feel about the iraqi situation have really gotten my goat.

  are they so out of touch with reality that they think, because they are rich and have pretty faces, they can speak with any authority whatsoever about world politics and national security?

  Thats the thing that gets me with the anti-war crowd, we spent 12 years talking to Iraq...and it didn't acomplish anything.

  Oh....and didnt Alec Baldwin promise to move out of the country if Bush was elected?

  well, we have our first prisoners of war...17 surrendered somewhere near qatar...one wishes after the losses in the first gulf war that there were more iqaqis willing to lean towards the intelligent choice and lay down thier arms.. .

  in june 1991, the u.s. estimated that more than 100,000 iraqi soldiers died, 300,000 were wounded, 150,000 deserted and 60,000 were taken prisoner.

  many human rights groups claimed a much higher number of iraqis were killed in action.

  I Adopted A Pet From The Humane Society

  yessiree...i had an afternoon off last friday.

  so i decided to venture down to the toronto humane society.

  i was so surprised at the variety of animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, mice and birds.

  congrats on the new pet.

  I adopted a female blue heeler/black lab mix about 15 years ago. She was a beautiful dog, and quite well behaved.....until you left her alone

  During the short time (about a month) i had her, she chewed up my couch, my car seats, killed all the neighbors ducks, destroyed my television remote and pretty much made all the neighbors hate me ..........I sure miss that remote

  I dont think telling these reporters that they might be killed is controlling the news. They know the risks of reporting behind enemy lines. One would think common sence would tell these reporters to get out of Iraq......
