  how many famous jw's are there???

  musicians, actors, sports figures...etc... i remember george benson, larry graham (bass player for sly and the family stone) and van morrison being jw's.... .

  WTS owning Stock.....

  with all this talk about the wts owning stock in the military and all.. is this the real question?

  when i was a jw, gambling was considered a no-no.

  isn't owning/buying/dealing in stocks, in itself gambling?

  my name is mike.

  i am from houston texas, and i am 29 years of age.

  i've been reading these message boards for about a year now and i figured it was time to post my story... me: i was raised in the jw religion, and attended meetings until about age 12. i stopped attending after my grandmother passed away from cancer.
