Believe me, I know about having to walk away from it! If I add games to the other things I do on this machine, there would be no time for LIFE! I do play Acro with my daughter who lives in the US.. it's a fun thing for us to do together when we're so far apart right now.
I used to play Simm City alot, but I just found it was eating up my entire day!

i recently read a post on the net regarding how often men think about sex.
i started to think about how often i did.
i followed this up with a survey on antoher site and found i ranked low and they told me i had sexual problems.
I'm such a rebellious snot, that my mind would think of things to just "think about", just because I wanted to rebel in my head.. even if I couldn't on the outside! At least that's the way I analyze myself. I used to feel I was soooo bad for what I THOUGHT.

so i've been trying to slowly fade away, just going to meetings on sundays, and even then its been hit and miss.
i figure the daniel book is a write off with 607 figuring prominently along with all the "fulfillments" based on it, and since i'm not going out in service, the tms/sm is a waste of time.. even sundays play out like a broken record, the wt study articles show no sign of real change, but a clinging to power and a re-defining of wt history.
the public talks are sheer fantasy.. the sad thing is, i like the people, and perhaps even the concept is attractive.

((((((((((((Path))))))))))))) I well remember that feeling. There were those you just KNEW you were going to miss, but the journey had to be taken anyway, for your sanity's sake. We can't keep living in a dream world, even if we liked the dream....

I had to "deaden my body members" for over 6 years.. not that I was always successful (the big M", you know!) But I do know what you're talking about, Maxee. My cousin, who's never been a JW and has been divorced since 1987, has never dated, and has absolutely NO interest in sex, or very little, although she enjoys the companionship and cuddling of having a relationship. It's a big reason why she's divorced!
It may be that you just have a lower sexual drive than some people. It does NOT mean that you're abnormal, however. We're not all alike in our needs, and there is no need to be!

as i have posted previously i am inactive but have disappeared from the ranks quietly.
my jw family know nothing of my departure from the org except that i am not as "zealous" as i once was for the org.. here's the dilemna, my sister's mother in law (a jw) is dying of cancer.
(the docs say she could go today, this week, in two weeks..they just don't know) she is a phenomenal caring person and has always been a kind gentle soul with all she has met.
You can tell a real computer geek by their ICQ#. LOL Icq is really very easy to use. It's been around for quite awhile. Not too hard to use, just follow the directions, SS!

I second that! My four year old is hyperactive, just when I can tolerate that the least! She has quite a motor mouth, and is very creative, so I have to be very vigilant!
we are going to visit canada later this year with our two boys, aged 1 and 3, and wondered if anyone had any experience or tips for taking small kids on planes and keeping them amused for 8 hours.. heeeeellpp !!

Simon, the two times I have taken the trip to Australia, Katie-Rose was 3 & 4 years old, respectively. It was a 27 hour plane ride, with three changes of planes in between. She slept, played video games and listened to children's music on the screen (which were on the back of each seat in the plane going across the Pacific). Also, I took a few books, puzzles, etc. on the plane to amuse her. She was a great traveler, but we made many trips to the bathroom just out of sheer boredom on her part!
