'ok people, we have 3 awake magazines with 8 pages each to pump out before the end of the month, no politics, no sex, no mention of education, no recreation, no religious topics, no medical advice, limit music only to instruments ' .

'oh a deadline, gee, 3 'whole' magazines, and so few topics, what ever will we print in them???

i think i've mentioned before that from time to time my commute on the bqe takes me past the old factory buildings and the soon to be former headquarters building.

i was struck the other day with how shabby they've become.

even 25 columbia heights, still currently occupied, its facade is filthy.

I don't think there was ever a cash flow problem, I think there was a forecasted cash flow problem, and they mitigated it.

The corporate accounting managers would have identified the downward trend long ago, flagged it up to the board of directors who in turn would look at ways to stem losses and increase income.

Here we are a number of years later, seeing all these changes being implemented.

They are convention talks and special talks from the early 1970's which make specific reference to 1975.

That is the year which was hyped as the start of Armageddon, but which all JW's today deny was ever mentioned.

A new 6 month bible study program was introduced because there wasn't enough time to spend longer than that studying with new students.

Membership soared, only to plummet in the aftermath when nothing happened.

Giordano mentioned The Way To Paradise (1924). Here's a quote stating that there's "no doubt" about 1925.
This is the WT way, present something as absolute, beyond question, then revise it later to something different but also absolute, beyond question.

Ask him if the GB brought back the "pyramid inch" would we be compelled to believe it again?

Ask, if Jesus selected the F&DS in 1919 (and this is no longer all the remnant), who exactly did he choose, and who chose the current F&DS in New York?

See if he knows that the current definition of Generation is a 200 year period, and why is this different to the Bibles definition of a generation?

Ask him if he has been disturbed by the incredible number of doctrinal changes over the years, then show him g70 4/22 p. 8 Changes That Disturb People:
