Before you go into the interview learn a bit about the company.
Put yourself in their position and ask yourself what is it they are looking for in an employee, then become those things.

Youngs - 1Ti 6:4 he is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and word-striving, out of which doth come envy, strife, evil-speakings, evil-surmisings,
Which makes me think, who today dotes on word strivings?
Who spends much time redefining specific words, terms and phrases, leading to 'strife' and 'evil surmisings'?
Let us not miss the point of 1 Tim 6:4, as in context we are hearing a description of those who do not teach the accurate doctrines of Christ but rather twist them, resisting attempts to be corrected.
These are the ones who 'lack piety' (ASV), like to 'wrangle' (Youngs), are 'corrupted' in mind (NWT).
Or as the English Standard Version says:
he is puffed up with conceit and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy craving for controversy and for quarrels about words, which produce envy, dissension, slander, evil suspicions, and constant friction among people who are depraved in mind and deprived of the truth.
