You KNOW that telling me something is X-rated only makes me go rushing to view it! I just can't help myself...*sigh*...it's all your fault that I read it!

But it's ok, I've hit upon the perfect solution. All I need is the proper motivation to overcome my terror and get on a plane. Now, of COURSE seeing you is normally sufficient; however, to make a trip across the Atlantic, I feel some additional assistance may be prudent. Therefore, I suggest that, prior to our arrival in England, our friends scattered over there look about and secure for me to enjoy during my visit...a handsome, young hunka hunka burnin' love! I mean, surely, between Simon and Ang, the ISPs, and Eman, they'll be able to come up with someone suitable doncha think?? And who knows? Perhaps they'll happen upon a two-for-one deal and then we can both have a spot o' British as er..um..eh...well. Anyway, I think it'll do the trick, give me that extra little bit of push I need. What do you think of my idea? Iss a winner, int it??

Yup, a Key West trip would be wonderful! Um...I don't have any firm ideas on when or anything; I do know that the winter months are the most expensive (obviously). I'll have to check my school schedule to see when would be the best. Are you thinking of just a weekend? Coz that's probably the best I could do.

So sorry to hear that you're going through this; I HATE what the borg does to families! Everyone has offered some really good advice as to making your wedding day just that...YOUR day. At my wedding, the only family member present was my father (he was never a JW), and it hurt like hell. I cried all the way home from the reception and my poor hubby (also not a JW) thought that I had changed my mind about marrying him! Poor guy didn't know what he was getting himself into. However, even though we are now divorced, even though my family wasn't there, I still have good memories of that day. After all, it was a turning point in my life...just as your wedding day will be a milestone for you.

I wish you all the best, dear Sunshine...hold your head up high and enjoy what life has to offer.

well well....how wonderful it is to see people taking potshots at one another, to see a group of people who could be supporting and helping one another instead turn to infighting and slagging.

i'm disgusted by it all, i really am.

in the last year or so that i've been online, i thought that i had made some real friends, i thought that it was possible to really get to know people thru this modern miracle of technology.

Ohhhhhhhhh! I've always wanted to learn to dive! I actually got to do it once...my bro-in-law had one of those octopus thingies and let me go down with him...only problem was, I kept floating back up...I always seem to float I seem to have my own built in..erm..floatability BUT I can snorkel with the best of 'em!

Key West and Key Largo are great places to dive/snorkel...they're also great places to party

missing girls: two arrestedtwo people have been arrested on suspicion of the murders of missing schoolgirls holly wells and jessica chapman.the arrests follow a police search of a soham village college in cambridgeshire and a nearby house which uncovered "items of major interest".a 28-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the girls' abduction and murder and a 25-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of both girls' murders.

This is a truly horrific crime I first heard about it on the BBCAM news and hoped against hope the girls would be found safe and sound. How awful for their parents, I can't even imagine the hurt they must be experiencing.

ISP...you mentioned that there is no screening of people employed at schools?? That blows my mind! Over here, at least in the counties in FLorida where I've lived, even VOLUNTEERS must be screened by the sherrif's department before being allowed to help out in classrooms, on field trips, etc. Actual school employees undergo an even more rigorous background check, even if they're not going to be working directly with the children. Of course, that doesn't prevent some perverts falling thru the cracks, but it does help.

Termite, I passed that point a long time ago, primarily because, as a parent myself, I just CANNOT understand nor condone a "parent" who sits back passively while his/her children are being hurt. There just is no excuse for it.
