  - i remember that it was mentioned in the congregation many times that this would be a requirement that we were to read the bible in its totality at least once and especially as elders!.

  i myself never had the time (or energy) to read the scriptures from cover to cover.

  Good plan, but i think 'look you up on the internet' is going to cause alarm. That's good if that's what you want to do. If you said you heard something about them from a friend somewhere, you could probably keep them longer.

  i have a friend who has had cfs for ten years.

  he is on traditional treatments, but they never seem so work out.

  it takes him weeks to get over a mild case of the flu.

  This is alternative at this point. Tests for mycoplasma fermentans. While most strains are harmless, i read that this strain might be responsible for autoimmune diseases. It takes a long term treatment w a stronger antibiotic. There are only a few labs that can test for it, as far as i know.
