  RUMOUR - Regarding future memorials

  i heard this on the youtube channel - bad jw round table discussions and i normally don't give much thought to rumours, i did find this one interesting.one of the guys on the channel said that there are plans that 'the other sheep' will be told not to attend any future memorials.he was asked how credible was this and he said that it is talk going around by those in the know, just like there had been those that knew about the fairly recent new edition of the bible being in production.even if this is probably just a rumour, the idea has a lot of merit.

  the benefits for the organization outweigh the negatives and would fit in with their current direction.here are some of the benefits, for the org.

  that could come from it- the biggest benefit would come from not having to accommodate so many attendants, which are more than double a normal meeting.

  It is crazy how brainwashed they are. You can't change their mind, no matter what evidence you provide. You could show them literally from the WT and other JW publications that indeed 607 is wrong, and they will come up with another excuse like, "we should not rely on dates..." or they will justify it one way or another.

  Nice find. It's a little win for reasonableness and humanity but still a small win is better than no win. Now if courts will wake up and remove the "charity status" and 501.3.c tax exempt status of the Watchtower Real Estate Corporation, then I think we could see the light at the end of this nightmare...

  Good find. It reminds me of the recent events in Russia.

  This is how a brother in my hall explained the situation in Russia, before the final ruling. He said, 'if Russia bans Jehovah's people, we must leave it in Jehovah's hands because he obviously saw that a test was necessary for his people and eventually Jehovah will remove the ban when he sees fit. If Russia does not ban Jehovah's people then Jehovah proved that he is the sovereign and rightful ruler and by using his earthly organization he guides us on the right path'

  I'm paraphrasing but I'm very close to his exact words. They are delusional. I think JW's who can't see through this need to seek professional help. JW's mentality can be summed up by this - "Heads, I win. Tales, you lose."

  not long ago, there was a funeral for a sister i haven’t know very much, so i did not attend.

  however, some old “friends” i know drove down to town to assist and i ended up spending some time with them.

  quite honestly, i was happy to see them again.

  i don't think this topic has been discussed before but yesterday i read something to the effect that trump wants a human mission to mars to be completed within his presidency.. with that being said, the watchtower teaches that what started on earth ends on earth, in other words, the fall of adam and eve would end with the passing of the 1,000 year millennial reign when christ destroys all his enemies, rebellious "perfect" humans, and the devil and his demons who are let out the abyss for a short while.

  he then hands the kingdom back to his father.

  an elder in my old congregation once told us during a public talk that he was an ardent astronomer but then referenced the scripture where it says, "the earth he has given to the sons of men" (psalms 115:16).

  i recently came across a female youtuber called "bridget azaz".

  she has made a number of youtubes recording discussions that she has had with a number of jws.
