  Being Reinstated

  so my brother recently became df.

  he has full intentions of being reinstated, but it is going to take at least a year.

  if the end times occurs while he is df, will he still be allowed in the kingdom of god?.

  @ carla - Good references, however one really shouldn't try to use the Bible to reason with a JW. The old, worn out "reasoning" that I always heard spouted by the eldurrs was, "Originally in the time of Israel Gee-HO'-Vuh mandated that sinners be stoned to death. Being disfellow-shipped is the modern day parallel. Only unrepentant sinners get disfellow-shipped, so while they may not be literally dead, they are the same as dead in the eyes of Gee-HO'-Vuh and his worshipers. Unrepentant sinners will never be resurrected, and until reinstated the sinner is not repentant. So there will be no resurrection for them as Gee-HO'-Vuh has already judged them when holy spirit directed the eldurrs that they be disfellow-shipped."

  I have been out of the cult for 10 years now! What is their latest stance on Vaccines or the Covid-19 Vac? Any insiders?

  i used to be very active on this board - 14 years ago (redpill2006...still remember blondie, barbara and many others).

  then left the cult for good 10 years ago (ex-bethelite, ex-elder).

  today, after so many years, i decided to come back because there is an issue that is nagging in my mind.

  i knew a few pretty intelligent elders .

  sometimes i would wonder why they remained as elders or even witnesses because they were successful men who made a good living and were highly respected because of their qualities.. that is a rather small group.

  most elders that i know of aren’t the brightest bulbs in the sky.

  Born-ins always needed to consult a publication or someone with higher status before doing ANYTHING about ANYTHING.

  So true. And that is what makes them "dumb". They give someone a task to do, then micro-manage it to death. As I told one of those types before getting off the hamster wheel, "If you have the time to tell me every last detail about how to do the job, YOU have the time to do it yourself!"   It is part of the lefts agenda. with the help of the complicit whorish media they are laying the groundwork for Buy-dems to be 25th'd soon after being sworn in, if he is actually confirmed by the electoral college to become the president-elect.   i work at two separate hospitals and most of the rns i work with have stated they won't take the vaccine.

  i've read a report that 1/3 of rns will refuse the vaccine.

  for those in other countries do you see this being an issue or is it more an american phenomenon?.

  I heard reports that the vaccine has a high rate of anaphylaxis. You have to get it at a hospital, surrounded by epipens.

  I just a few minutes ago watched a news report on television stating pretty well the same thing. After getting the injection one is expected to wait for a minimum of fifteen minutes. . .just in case. My question is, "Just in case, what?"

  No way will I willingly subject myself to an injection that has worse side effects than the symptoms would be.

  so the new biden/harris gun policies are starting to appear.

  it’s not clear yet, what they will be.. some suggestions; confiscate all guns.------buyback programs in each state.. there is much talk on social media that if this happens, the pandemic, + all the riots, + all the damaged property, + all the annual murders in america, - put together-will be like a sunday afternoon picnic, compared to all the deaths and property damage that will result because of “civil uprising” by millions of 2nd amendments advocates and just plain gun lovers.

  i predict that in a year kingdumb halls will be replaced by zoom.

  they will still have assembly halls but will charge a heavy entry fee.

  baptisms will continue to be so low that would not be worth counting.

  Wondering what effect- if any- coming out of covid will have on jw's?

  Judging by the recording I heard of a circuit oversneer's Sunday final talk, none at all. Except that maybe the fear, panic, and control will be ratcheted up even more intense than it already is.
  

  He referred to the Jews in 66-70 C.E. He said that when the Roman armies left that would be like COVID appearing to be under control and no longer a danger. But only faithful JW's would be obedient enough to instruction from the governing body (wear masks, isolate and shelter in place, don't go out unless it is an emergency, get others to bring groceries and needed items to you) to survive when it came back, just like the Roman armies. And only obedient JW's would have Gee-HO'-Vuh's protection because only they would have been obedient and "obeyed whatever instructions were received, even if they did not appear strategic from a human standpoint."
