  published december 22, 2022. the state manager in oslo and viken has decided to withdraw jehovah's witnesses registration as a religious community under the religious society act.. .

  we sent a notice to jehovah's witnesses about possible loss of registration on october 25 this year.

  However, they are free to practice their religion and activities independently of a public register, since the religious community law is essentially a subsidy law.

  And yet Top-shelf Tony still insists on claiming this restricts the JW's right to practice beliefs as they see fit, they just lose the right to feed at the Norwegian taxpayer funded public trough. It's about the $$$$$, not persecution.

  Jesus's brothers-apostates?

  this came to me today.

  at first jesus's own brothers didn't believe in him....thought he was crazy...can you imagine him shunning them for apostasy?

  i would think disbelieving in jesus would be far worse than disbelieving the gb.

  One would think so. But no, not believing in the governing body is, if not very close, actually sinning against the holy spirit. Remember they have elevated themselves to a position equal to God himself, and quite a bit higher than Jesus.

  In December 2019 I came down with what I initially thought to be a cold. As it rapidly progressed I lost my sense of taste and smell, and had every one of the now classic symptoms of COVID 19. I was more sick than I have ever been in my life for nearly three weeks. THAT ain't no cold folks! It took another three weeks until early February 2020 before I finally felt like I had regained my health. While I was sick I thought that I would have to die just to get better.

  I had "IT" before the government told us what "IT" was.

  One can say the "simulations" and the Faux-Xi warnings and so on were only coincidence, but anyone with an I.Q. larger than their shoe size knows better! The lock downs and masking and physical distancing were NEVER about safety, they were ALWAYS about governments control over the population and manipulating the public to see how gullible they would be and how much personal freedom they would willingly give up for an illusion of safety.

  Just like a skilled "magician" uses distraction for their tricks, governments and their puppet masters will say or do one thing and while you are looking one way they are doing their "tricks" on you while you are distracted. Always look at the opposite of what they do and listen to the opposite of what they say is your best defense.

  You should be commended for staying on as a pioneer during the pandemic. We want to encourage you to continue as a pioneer regardless of how difficult it is in the future.

  Any time there is an "and" right after elders offering commendation you can be sure that the criticism is soon to follow.

  . . .share practical suggestions as the pioneers resume a full schedule in the ministry.

  If you have started any hobbies or other personal pursuits that remotely might take any hours away from your previously promised pioneer chores NOW is the time to QUIT! Get off your couch, get OUT of your house, and get your lazy ass out knocking on doors, or face the loss of JW status when we boot you off the pioneer list for not giving us enough hours!

  i would belief so but if you can point something out, it can be discussed.. i don’t mean what jw taught in the past that they later realized was not correct and amended.

  —unless you think and can show something like that is relevant.. i’ve spoken to a lot of believers from different religions.

  i don’t want to bash any religion here under this topic but their beliefs are inconsistent and their reasons are sophistry and made up and grounded on circular reasoning.

  Well isn't THAT special. And yet there were no JW's that could bother to visit my parents when their health failed and they eventually died mourning the fact that they had been cast aside by every single JW at their kingdom hall! And their address was only three properties away from the kingdom hall on the same side of the street! Those sorry-ass JW's couldn't even spare 5 minutes! Tori"s experience, if there really is a Tori which I highly doubt, is a lie!

  There is a reason for the saying, "God helps those who help themselves." We are on our own. If there is a God, he doesn't really care about any of us puny humans.

  Why do Jehovah's Witnesses attend so many meeting?

  ronald curzan ( helper to the teaching committee ) gives a talk on the real reasons jehovah's witnesses should attend meetings.

  it looks like the zoom meetings have softened up many witnesses.

  many are probably turning off their cameras and zoning out.

  That is a spot on description of the typical JW these days. There is absolutely, positively, ZERO love between those people! If it were not for irrational judgments they would have nothing to do, ever!

  Why do they attend so many meetings? Because they haven't realized that the hamster wheel is their life, and they haven't realized that there is something else to life than running on it.
