  jws see shunning as a loving provision.

  but if a mennonite gal is shunned by her parents and friends for converting to jwism, would this be seen as a loving provision or as evidence of persecution?

  how about parents beating a daughter who converted to jehovah's witnesses?.

  I am given to understand that pub was pretty much invaded by JWs most of the assembly weekends.

  (I wouldn’t know, of course, being a good little JW)

  Well, Smiddy,

  MY husband (still PIMI), came back from a get-together last night and said the whole thing was a hoax!

  Someone, supposedly ‘in the know’, said jwdotorg website had been hacked, would you believe?

  Well l don’t think I believe it until they add his Ant’s name back on the list in the faq’s article ‘who is the governing body.’

  We shall see, time will tell. By all accounts the monthly Broadcast for March is very interesting, but would have been prepared long before Tony’s removal, so may not be that relevant.

  single shooter on the run, police doesn't rule out more shooters.

  Very, very sad news, feel sorry for the little kids and the elderly attending who tend to get confused and cannot get away or shield themselves quickly.

  I just hope the survivors are all getting the emotional and physical help and support they need at this time.

  My prayers are for all those affected by this attack and for all victims of such attacks anywhere in the world.

  No use playing the blame game till more is known.

  hi everyone i’m not pimi or pimo i’m pima.. i don’t think the gb have everything right but i’m sitting on the fence that maybe they do some things.. if the great trib starts i will jump that side of the fence.. this is a definite little sneaky advantage dodging but even by their own doctrine last min some could come in.. i suspect many are like me.. i spent years in bethel and am very disappointed and disillusioned by it all.. but at the end of the day i love the bible and think it is the word of god and i don’t see any other religion that comes as close to what jesus describes his true followers or who are fulfilling mat 24:14..
