  Alan,

  Thank you for your last reply. I would be interested in looking at one or two sites you recommend as far as the evolutionary process. I would like the sites to be unbiased either way, against or for creation or evolution.

  My time is limited so I cannot read a ton of research or documentation. I have read some sites on evolution a few years ago that were posted on a couple of forums but I was not very impressed at the time. Much of what you pointed out I do not have a problem with. What I have a problem with is when someone who believes in evolution completely discounts any creation aspect. I also have problems with religionists that completely ignore any aspect of evolution and adaptation.

  You said, " It doesn't. The point is that it fits into a pattern that proves an evolution of body plans has occured.

  Are you speaking of adaptation? If so, this makes more sense.

  AlanF,

  I went back to the two sites you posted about the Turkana boy and read them 'again'.

  I do not see how this find proves evolution as far as one living species turning or evolving into another. What if they found the buried skull of someone with the head of the Elephant man (John Meric)(sp), would these individuals that found the Turkana boy try to link the elephant mans skull to evolution? I wonder!

  Still waiting for more of those Turkana boys to be unearthed so we know the lone one was not constructed by someone with an agenda. Kinda reminds me of the missing link, or maybe Bigfoot, what about the Lochness Monster?

  Alan,

  You say I resort to lying so as to cover my skepticism, is all skepticism lying to you Alan, or just when you are the one questioned?

  You say I have no reason to doubt the so called genuiness of the skeleton you posted, why? Is this because you posted it.

  Is everyone to believe whatever they are told is genuine without all the facts? You remind me of a JW elder who tells everyone to follow suit without questioning the mother organization.

  You state that you have seen the bloody thing yourself in many references, are these references similar to the WT and AFAKE magazines? After all, JWs believe the references in the WT publications and live their lives by them. Wouldn't it be wise to be skeptical of things we see that we are not sure of, or should we follow along like a carp after a worm.

  And Alan, you still have shown no proof that there are other finds such as this to support your theory.

  What belief structure is it that you believe I am hiding, please clarify? I have not stated a belief of mine in this thread. I have stated skeptism in 'a', and I do mean 'a' as in 'one', skeleton.

  You said my stance lacks credibility, what stance? I stated skepticism, not a stance.

  Would a JW questioning the WT and began to be skeptical of what they were taught lack credibility for there skepticism?

  Page 208 shows a picture of a skyscraper falling on people in neck high water.

  25.Soul-chilling terror will spread through the masses of people so that they will lose control of themselves; they will begin killing one another. "On that day a great panic from the LORD [Jehovah] shall fall on them, so that each will lay hold on thwe hand of his fellow, and the hand of the one will be raised against the hand of the other." (Zachariah 14:13,RS) Then "every man's sword shall be against his brother." (Ezekiel 38:21, AS) But their selfish fight to live will be all in vain. THose who escape being killed by their neighbors will be destroyed by God's heavenly armies.

  Question for 25. In their fear, what will people do to one another?

  26 talks about those that scoffed and laughed at the warning of Armageddon. It says God will send a flesh eating plague that will destroy many. Eaten up while they stand on their feet. (Zechariah 14:12, RS)

  Judge for yourself if this has anything to do with todays events. I say page 208 has no bearing on what happened today.

  You obviously cannot read, or understand what someone types.

  I said, "I AM NOT SAYING THIS FIND IS A HOAX, I AM JUST SKEPTICAL."

  Do you understand? Do I need to rephrase this to make it easier for you, being you are uncapable of understanding one sentence that is clear as can be?

  I see you resort to NASA and the men that landed on the moon that has nothing to do with what we are talking about. Is this to take the heat off of your skeleton theory?

  I ask you Alan, are there any more Turkana skeleton finds or is this the only one? Seems you have so much faith in one skeleton to prove a theory. SAD! And I thought you were more intellegent than that, proved me wrong about yourself.

  You also make the foolish mistake of thinking I am a religious fundie, you are the one who is laughable Alan. BWAAAAHAAAHAAAROTF
