  I agree with you that most Churches would not use this form for the reason you state, for one. Most parishioners know little if anything about the beliefs of JWs. It is hard to even find Pastors that are well informed about the WT. One of the best things I have found to do, is to inform the Pastors with information and documentation about the WT and the belief systyem of the JW. If you can get a foot in the door, some Pastors are more than happy to have an exJW come to their Church and teach the people. The more information circulated, the more become informed and are able to deal with the Witness when they come to the door. If anything, at least people will know that the WT is anything but a Christian religion and they will want to have nothing to do with it.

  some of you have read posts here, and on other forums, in magazines and newspapers, and maybe watched tv commnetary that alleges president george w. bush is less than brilliant, perhaps under-qualified for office, etc.. evidence seems starkly missing from these allegations.

  during campaign 2000, the media started painting gw as being mentally 'one can short of a six-pack.

  ' but, has anyone, and i mean anyone provided even an ounce of evidence to support this?

  You said you voted for Allen Keyes, I also voted for Keyes. He could mop the floor with Gore and Bush put together in a debate. This is one reason Keyes was not allowed the media coverage he deserved.

  i found these words to be so interesting.

  i have seen posts (albeit few) that discuss the bible and whether or not it is of god.

  Hello bibleboy,

  This is one reason I try to avoid this type of debate. Individuals raise scriptures with questions that lead to nothing more than more scriptures with questions for debate. Like I said originally, this leads to a dead end.

  You qouted Romans 10:9-10. I answered. Now tell me that I am not saved, or do you believe I am by confessing Jesus as Lord as mentioned in Romans 10? I see nothing in Romans or any where else in the Bible that one must believe in the doctrine of the trinity to be saved. Do you?

  It is nice that you know who God will save and who he will not. In your opinion from what I gather, all those who do not believe in a triune God will not be saved. I think that is pure hogwash.

  You quoted Romans 10:9-10 Very good, I confess Jesus is Lord and he was raised from the dead by his father, God. Am I now saved in your eyes? I do not see any reference to believeing in a truine God.

  In verse 5 of Romans chapter 10 Moses is mentioned, did Moses understand and teach a triune God? If not, was Moses saved or will he be saved?

  As far as the tetragrammaton, I do not believe Jesus takes this name upon himself as the Father, God. What I see from this verse and comparing it to others such as John 8:24 is that when Jesus appropriates this name, he is claiming to be the one incomparable Saviour, the goal of Israel's faith and hope. God is unique and so is Jesus in the aspect that only Jesus can be compared to his father in the attributes they attain.

  i received an email tonight from a friend that has traveled the world for most of his life.

  he has been a wheat commissioner for california and oregon and recently has his own private consulting business for the usa regarding the wheat and grain markets.. he just returned from venezuela tonight, he was there when the wtc was attacked.

  at the time he was in a meeting with several officials from venezeula.

  He just returned from Venezuela tonight, he was there when the WTC was attacked. At the time he was in a meeting with several officials from Venezeula. He wrote that when the WTC was attacked the main concern of a few in the meeting was if the price of US wheat was going to rise.

  What a priority!
