label licker
I would love to show up with a lawyer to a Judicial Committee™, just to watch those b@$t@rd$ from my former Congregation™ crap their drawers.
You have rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, including the right to representation when you are accused, the right to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, as well as the right to face your accusers, protection from self-incrimination, plus the right to not be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. The WTS presumes to deny people of these fundamental rights, under the "ecclesiastical" escape hatch. The fact is, you are being accused of something that will dramatically change the way people interact with you, including your family and friends. That falls under defamation of character and slander.
They aren't going to tell a lawyer to not take notes, and they aren't going to tell a lawyer that you aren't entitled to representation. The second they try, the lawyer is going to tell you to say nothing to these hicks and then will walk out of the meeting with you.
