  Tell Me About Your Jehovah's Witness Mother...If You had One!

  so since no one picked up the ball, after my thread on "your jw father".....here we go.... my mother (bless her heart) was born in kansas in 1926....her mother died in 1934, when my mother was 8 years old.

  she died trying to give yourself an abortion with a coat hanger.

  it was the "great depression".....she was 34 years old 4 kids and a 5th on the way...my grandfather would blow through town just long enough to "knock her up" and leave....no money....no hope.

  There is nothing nurturing about her. Never really was, I suppose.

  as miracle max (billy crystal) said about westly in the movie the princess bride, hes only mostly dead (i love that movie).

  i have gotten a few inquiries over the last few months about why i am posting a little more recently.

  My Daughter

  yesterday afternoon i took my daughter to a beauty school to get her first perm.

  she has been wanting one for a while and i've been resistant until just recently after taking her to a school ice skating party and viewing her classmates...it was time to do this.

  i watched her sit in that chair the whole time, watching her go through the process, she enjoyed the whole thing.

  The one thing that has not (and will never) change is the Pavlovian responses and comments given and made by the current JW’s who come here. It’s a good thing they don’t really post on apostate message boards, rationalize everything they do and think or recognize they are living any kind of double life. The sun would just stop revolving around the earth if they changed. After all, the last person to realize someone is in a cult, is … someone who is in a cult.

  Suggesting they read Ray Franz' Crisis Of Conscience is first.

  Then simply giving them keywords to do their OWN search and draw their OWN conclusions.

  This site and a host of others WILL pop up.

  It's all completely exhaustive reading from there, yet absolutely MANDATORY in gaining "accurate knowledge" of the Fraud known as Watchtower's...Jehovah's Witnesses.

  However, it isn't just reading. It is....

  studying what you are reading and discovering.

  Happy trails!

  Then again, many active jws post here and have done so for years. It isn't so taboo any longer, is it really?
