Hello, sorry to hear about your delima. In short I was left ,divorced and had to pay my X wife and she had no grounds for it. I asked her not to leave but she threatened me. She is a baptised sister that elders help. I was not free to mary and met someone shortly after divorce. We got married as we are in love and after all we both were divorced in ceasar's eyes. If we followed Gods eyes as an org than they would have treated me as romans 7-2 states and we wouldn't be divorced. My now wife and I Confessed to elders, repented. I was dis she wasn't. These E have no fellow feeling and are harsh. My X now is playing the victom. Were all victoms. The E changed the reasons 3 times, lied to me. I begged for forgiveness but they are making me pay back the 100 denari. My now wife and I are happy. We have each other to lean on. Can't imagine being without her. You will have to give her up till your reinstated or both get dis and come back a year or two. the E have great power over you and are harsh. I want to praise Jehovah is why I want back. If I thought the E were reflecting Jehovah's thoughts as the wat wants you to believe I would have been so depressed from all the E power trips I would have left. Don't fool your fience, she may want a spiritural husband. Remember this there has always been corruption in Jeh organization. The first thing Soloman did was marry a forener and murder his brother and he was the rule of peace. David had it all and did it all and still had a complete heart to Jeh. I am sure this is the ship that is going to sail and I want to be on it. Dont fade and destroy her inless she feels the same. A friend said once that the juice is worth the squeeze. King David knew exactly what he was doing, and deep down his heart wanted Jeh. I feel for you two as your hearts are torn into. just do whatever it takes together. There is no easy way out in this org with all the man made rules on top of the bible's.

Last night I asked about getting reinstated...
by Gadget inafter the meeting last night italked to some of the elders in the car park, and asked what more i neede to do to get reinstated.
they commended me on the things i've been doing (?
), and said the main point for reinstating would be how much contact i've been having with my fiance, who's still a wittness.

How Judicial Committees Violate Individual Privacy
by Londo111 inmany here have called for public judicial committees, which would indeed add to transparency.
but--every person deserves a measure of privacy, and to be able to keep their dirty laundry from public view.
why should everyone know the details of very personal matters, perhaps involving private struggles and family secrets?

londo111 You are so right, they would hold a wifes situation from their husband, I know of one worse. You should have sent a letter to bethel without your name of course or they would burry you in the back yard. These judicial hearings are all about how an elder thinks about you, personal differences, do you praise them enough. If you have ever used the bible to point out a fault of theirs, there is no repentence in the world that will save you. This is their time for revenge. you may appeal but that is just a legal formality that is truely a joke as elders side with elders, police with police, no attorneys to object to wrong doing on their part. I know all this first hand, as on my appeal as I poured out my heart and they took notes not one prayer was said, I was going to ask for one but thought they would take that as sign or being unrepentant. Also the original elders are right there as well and when they send you out of the room they tell all their private truths or lies about you, but you will never know. I would much rather appeal to ceasar as one will find much more justice there, but we all know we can't

Why do the elders take extensive notes on the judicial hearings and file them in a file in the KH for decades. Is that following Jehovah's example? For God says. love doesn't keep account of the injury, as far as the sunrise to sunset, he will remember it no more and so on. They keep them there for decades. They also made me leave to talk to my wife and wouldn't let her come in with me when I even requested for her to be in there with me. I'm only the head when they want to use that on me and say i can be. They want witness for what you say but do not want any witness to what they say. 3 times they changed their reasons on me and one elder right out lied on a very crucial thing he had said. Of course they make sure no one can be a witness to their statements, this is what happens when there is no one to check ones hand, you can always tell others they don't know the story and get away with whatever you want to do. Don't question!

Should the JW congregation keep a wriiten record of sins commited ?
by fearnotruth22 inany jw that has been disciplined by a judicial comiitee has the particulars of the sin he has been didsiplined for in a file kept by the elders inside a file cabinet containing other such records in that little room in the back .
that information is aceesible to elders with the key to the file cabinet.
years may go by but the file remains, even when a jw dies the file remains until elders wish to throw it out.

Yes, Elders keep a record of your sins you repented over and file it in a file cabnet in the KH. They took extensive notes on me as I poured my heart out to them, I also came to them to start with. Its all in the files. Then they disfellowshipped me even though I thourghly repented and confessed on my own. Jehovah forgets, the sun rise to the sunset, love does not keep acount of the injury, but they sure do. Then they said the reason was confidential, I was lied to by them, the reason was changed 3 times. Yet there said to be reflecting Jehovah's thinking. The real reason had to do with their position. wow. Will I ever be able to pay them the 100 denari?
