Probably real. I mean nothing really like new or fake about this.

Whether it's real or unreal is unknowable and that's the point - the appeal to evidence that doesn't exist makes me think it's not real ... because otherwise why do it? Why not provide the evidence? Because it's not real?

We need to be more discerning and less gullible. Just because someone appears telling you something you want to believe that you are likely to believe doesn't make it true.

Even if it is true, we should have higher standards of what "proof" means.

i saw a statistic the other day that something like 25% of all the debt that the us has incurred since 1776 was created in the last 12 months.

that's because they have printed so much currency and instead of letting that stop them, they are going to continue printing more to go on a spending spree on crazy green-new-deal schemes and union handouts.. does anyone think that this can be anything other than inflationary?

they are effectively stealing the wealth of everyone to then hand money out to people.

The debt is too high to repay. Servicing the debt is going to come home to roost soon. I recall a friend who spent himself into a hole and was only able to pay the interest. You can write the rest of the story.

This is it - they can't afford even the interest part of the debt any more. This is why they are so keen to devalue the currency, because they also devalue the debt.

But it doesn't work because economics 101.

This is how every world power has gone down - the currency is devalued and the power collapses.

Keynesian bullshit economics.

I don't think people really understand how utterly fucked most countries are.

The pension systems are broke and only have money to about 2030, but they still offer massively inflated pensions for public sector workers. It's unsustainable.

The debt to GDP ratio is off the chart.

Just imagine you could sell every single company listed on the Nasdaq, S&P500 etc... for full, peak, valuation (so nothing goes down in value when you start selling). It would pay something like 1/4 of the debt.

THE WORLD IS BANKRUPT!!

All the geniuses in charge want to do is keep telling people it's all transitory and kick the can down the road but they have no real plan other than an inevitable massive default and economic collapse.

Now in unrelated news, why do you think they are so intent on you handing over your guns?

They really aren't. I can't see any proof whatsoever. One is of a food menu, what is that proof of?

This is a claim, with some images attached, that don't appear related to the claim in any way.

I think we need to be more critical of these undercover exposes - they sound invented and I think believing and spreading them makes us easy targets for people who want to troll or build up a name for themselves as some leaker when they are anything but.

Remember, defamation would require that a person make a claim that is untrue or that they cannot prove is true, made with malice aforethought.

It's more nuanced than that. It's that you make a statement that you know to be untrue.

Imagine "Fred" tells you that he's stolen money and you tell it to someone else. Even if it's untrue, Fred can't sue you for defamation. You had a valid, legitimate reason to believe it was true and no reason to believe it wasn't.

But if Fred tells you he's never stolen any money and you know he hasn't but still decide to tell someone he has because you hate Fred, now you have defamed him.

For Lloyd it's just a footnote, almost not a surprise. We've been so conditioned by his repeated poor behavior that it's almost "just Lloyd being Lloyd".

In reality, if that was all he'd done, it would still show himself to be toxic and it should disqualify him from being any spokesperson for any women.

My point: I find what happened on January 6, 2021 at the US Capitol to be highly disturbing. Persons who violated the law should be held accountable while given due process. To mischaracterize or overdramatize what happened is a miscarriage of justice and political maleficence.

The law has to be seen to be fair and applied equitably.

Even if they committed violations, they were minor. And if you have people months earlier committing far more serious crimes - burning buildings down, killing people etc... and they are not even charged then it's clearly an unfair application of the law purely for political reasons.

The monster avatars use an open-source package, so it wouldn't be infringement. It doesn't mean deep linking to them is allowed though and wouldn't be blocked.

I am starting to think Lloyd's lawyers realize they have a sucker for a client and they are going to bill the crap out of him. I hope they bleed his bank account dry.

I think you're right, and it would be glorious if all his fundraising ends up being drained all from his own poor choices.

Lloyd is using watchtower tactics here. By trying to silence the critics.

He is. And the other part of it isn't to just silence the people already involved, it's to try and make people question themselves when it comes to commenting on him or his crappy antics in future.

If anyone watches the Jimmy Saville documentary on Netflix, there's a part in it where he effectively admits that he's "known in the industry as litigious" which he used as a shield to put people off coming forward with accusations.

It's a similar concept.

So, he had been repeatedly assured that Croatian law can just reach out to other countries, criminally no less, and at jurisdiction over, say, US citizens.

Even major countries like the UK and Germany have zero ability to impose their court system on people outside of their jurisdiction. An insignificant country like Croatia is really not top of the "we can swing our international dick" league.

And "jurisdiction", it's literally, the definition of the word, where they do and don't have any legal power:
