  So, the GB needs to be absolutely sure everything fits if they are guided directly by God's Holy Spirt.

  Hmm...So if I had a table with round holes and someone gave me a bunch of different shaped pegs (a square one, a triangular one, a round one, etc.), it would take a few seconds to sort through the lot and find the round peg.

  That's how clear I would expect any god of all living things to make it when giving directions to so-called appointed men. In fact, this god would probably only give these Keystone Cops one round peg, thus making it a no-brainer. No need to "make" anything fit. It either fits or it doesn't.

  I have gone door to door alone.

  They are always making stuff up on the fly and they act like they have the answer to everything. And, when you corner them about something they can't find the answer for, they pull the "we must wait on Jehovah" card.

  I really can't stand them anymore.

  What is the meaning of baptism?

  Baptism is a choice Witnesses make — as adults — to dedicate their lives to God. According to the faith, spiritual protection is granted to those who “live in harmony” with their dedication.
  
  

  At the end of the article, the source is listed as JW.org. However, I couldn't find anywhere on JW.org that says Witnesses make - as adults - the choice to get baptized.

  So, where did the writer get this part, "as adults", from? Why did they go out of their way to highlight "as adults"? It was written to stand out. Was he/she assumptive, concluding that since infant baptism isn't allowed, only adults are? Were they being intentionally misleading? Did someone from the Society give the writer this information?

  What do you think happened?

  I tried to find the writer's name or e-mail address to clarify but the article doesn't contain either.

  at first i though, "nah...".then, this part of the article spoke the loudest:.

  Thanks for the additional links. At least now someone is finally speaking up representing the JWs:

  Gamaliel Camarillo, the Jehovah's Witness spokesman in Mexico, said that "to the extent we have been able to investigate, we found this story to be false."

  "We know that if we want to be respected, we have to respect others," Camarillo wrote. "People without prejudices who know the Jehovah's Witnesses know that we don't promote such acts."
