  Answer for questions 1-6: No. I don't really think that banning is the answer, this was a more emotionally charged post to which I have yet to see an edit button. No Im not paranoid of mind control I'm only relaying a point mentioned in the video. No I don't think people should be arrested for this as reality is a subjective experience in which our concept of reality is determined by our upbringing and acquired perception as a result of said upbringing. This was my reality less then a week ago, we are just influenced to believe in what we believe in. Nor do I care if there is JWs in a land to which I live in, there is no reason to.

  Woah hey now. I never said specifically what I agreed with in the above. I was thinking in terms of the linguistical studies behind their concerns. Sorry that I didnt make that part clear. I agreed with their study of analyzing the way information is presented in this regard. Im not talking about politics or anything. May have jumped the gun on saying ban them, I'm more emotionally charged at the moment as I'm new to all this so I apologize.

  back again!.

  so as i'm still pimo and living under my parent's roof, how can i get out of service?

  cause i really don't want to go and i feel dirty just knowing i could be influencing someone into this garbage..

  I suppose I could try, I've already gone into immense detail with her about it and that didnt seem to work. Yeah service has always freaked me out, even going to work gives me panic attacks. I'll see how I can raise more awareness about it and skirt around service.

  yeah my family usually goes with me, though since its been cold here my step dad does early morning and my mom comes out with me for the group. I'll just say Im not going some days and other days when she conveniently doesnt go I'll just head to a coffee shop with a sketchbook or something.

  Anxiety, OCD, Hoarding, and the JWs

  i'm noticing what seems to be a higher incidence of the above among the local jws than in the "general" (read: worldly) population.

  i don't say this lightly, my wanderings around the fringes of jw society locally is revealing an alarming trend here.

  the poverty doesn't help (there are good jobs, but you need a degree or qualifications to get one).. anyone else see this?

  I'd probably use the mental health problems as my prime excuse as Im not know (at all) for return visits or bible studies, just couldnt do it lol

  Anyway it also sucks cause being a young sister, people are more 'concerned about you in service'. I'll find a way I suppose, have a few more 'breakdowns'
