  If you could give a talk at the kingdom hall ...

  if you could give a talk at the kingdom hall what would you say?.

  some of us here are still considered witnesses by our local congregations but have stopped going.. imagine though you were to go back for a few weeks and you were asked to give a 5 minute talk.. would you chicken out of saying anything controversial or would you give it all you've got.. what would you chose to talk about?

  Apostate overseers visit

  hello i've been sent from botchtower headquaters to see how the flock of apostate are digressing spiritualy.. as we all know it is important to be inactive in the service and meetings and i see that many of you are doing well.. it can be hard though , sometimes when we come home from work tiered it is all too easy to get washed and changed and to rush of to a meeting without stoping to eat.. but without trust in the holyspirit you can become stong and my be able to get into the habit of watching tv or maybe even going to the pub.. even if you can do a little tv watching a day instead of reading the watchtower and awake it will help.. in order to combat the desires of the spirit we must replace them with more apostate things.i notice that some of you have not been active on the internet recently.. this is not good for your progress.. on my next visit i would like to see more non attendance at meetings less studying and more engagment in materialistic pursuits.. oh and some of you have been reporting your hours, please consider the relevent material as whether this is unscriptual or not.. with warm love and apostate greetings ,.

  brother ao, i am no longer a youth and therefore am struggling with the problem of self-abuse.

  this is a habit i have tried to start but have had great difficulties with.

  sometimes i am too tired at night and fall asleep.

  If youre asking for physical help er ..no.
  If youre looking for encouragement er ...no.
  Sorry.
  I think if you are having that much of a problem you may need medical help.
  Either that or you have fallen into such ways of goodness that you will never recover.

  i know these topics have been well-covered in many places.

  this is just me wanting to compile a list of concise reasons why i am sure the wt interpretation of the deluge is untenable.

  This is the watchtower answer.
  Jesus said there was a flood.
  Since Jesus was Gods son and we know everything he said was right there must have been a flood inspite of any contery evidence.

  Of course we carnt use evidence against a flood as evidence that all Jesus said was not right.
  So there.

  You cant get rid of me that easily.
  The fact that you have to try to doublethink shows that you still have the new personalty.

  Conflicted,
  You know that the saying goes "Pride comes before a fall"
  I notice in your post that you seem quite proud of your apostate ways.
  But is this a false pride?
  Do you really feel inside that all your deads are actually wrong and that instead you should go back to meetings and do more study?
  In order to "fully acomplish our ministry" we must continue to work on the desires of the flesh.
  This includes pride.
  Yes our pride must overflow in us.
  Others will see our pride and notice that we are different.
  Such qualities will help others overcome the works of the spirit.
  I really think that you do not brag about your accomplishments enought.
  Even among you friends you are known as someone who likes to be modest and not to put others down.
  This can only lead to disaster
  Only when you put pride into action and exersise it fully will you experience a true fall.
  I encourage you to work harder.
  Let this be of a warning to others who may be hesitant about showing pride in their works

  Although there are costs involved i don't think these figures are anywhere near what it cost the society.
  When would you ever get an electrisity bill of $100 per person?
  It would never cost $800 dollars a month rent for a shared room.
  When you pat rent the person who owns the property makes a profit for eaxmple if you pay $800 a month rent the owner is probably paying about $400 on his morgage $100 in up keep $100 in fees thats $ 200 profit.
  Maid servise and laundery are done by volunters only the cost of the machine and cosumables are involved.
  Meals $15 a day what a joke.
  When you go shoping you buy from a supermarket that makes a profit on goods they buy to sell.
  The society doesnt go to a supermarket to buy .It buys in bulk from suppliers and pay about half of what we would maybe even less.
  Even thought it costs money its not as much as you think.

  Another point of concern I have noted is the increase of encouragement from some even within the apostate congregation to do spiritual things.
  Sometimes it can be sutle.
  Although someone may seam spiritualy weak they may be harbouring a spiritual outlook.
  They might ask you over for a social gathering.
  This could seam ok, but there is a danger.
  There could be only a small amount of people present preventing the gathering from disintergrating into a frensied orgy.
  Sometimes it has been reported that kingdom songs are song by those present.Would joining in bring dishonour to our name?
  Also in some lands achohol has not been served.
  This has resulted in many people being so sober that they have discussed spiritual points with a friend even with total strangers.
  Some have found that the next day they are so clearheaded that they feel the desire to engage in such practises as the ministry!
  Never would we want that to happen to us.
  It has been mentioned that it may be a good idea to shun those doing such things.
  This is a completely nonbiblical idea.
  So it is recomended to all.
