  125 years of the watchtower, and women are still considered garbage.. they cannot give talks, have a position in the congregation, cannot lead a study when a man is present, give a prayer etc etc etc etc.......... they can be of the annoited class, but a man who is a ms, still has more say !!!!!!!!!!.

  to all the women on this board, did this ever bother you as a jw, and does it bother you know ???.

  how can women sit at a meeting and in a round about way be treated like garbage and accept it ????

  There are some things women can do better and there are some things men do better. When was the last time you saw a women on the NFL?

  If women aren't even allowed in the NFL, how do we know if they do better than men or not?

  hello everyone, i havnt been on for a while hope all is well on here.... wanted to relate i was working in public place recently and an elders wife saw me rushed up went on about how much she missed me etc and the door was wide open for me to come back.... she said how are you and i said im wonderfulllllllllllllllllllllllllllll in a really loud voice ...haha.

  and i thought to myself my god when i was in that cong she never spoke to me more than once a month and only to say hello.....it really amazes me that soon as you leave they are all over you with all their gushing oh we miss you ( crock of shit).

  which is water of a ducks back with me... never ceases to amaze me she went on and on about welcoming back with open arms etc.... what a load of bull shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  it was all that phoney gushing that made me decide to DA. I couldn't stand how people who would otherwise barely acknowledge me while I was in that all of a sudden were all over me and prying while I was inactive.

  I wrote my letter and made it clear to them once and for all that I was through, and to not bother me again.

  I lost my baby

  i come to you with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes.

  tuesday 27th may 2003 at 12.30 am, i misscarried my first baby.

  i was 9 weeks pregnant.

  i bet the people in the twin towers never thought they would be the victims of a terrorist attack.

  sometimes the stuff that happens overseas seem so far away.

  i look around my community and find it hard to believe that anything is going to happen here.. i live in southern califonia, near san diego, and who knows?

  here in new south wales, with blue skies and sunshine by day and crisp nights, it's simply beautiful!

  today mrs ozzie and i met up with friends from the navy for a beachside picnic.

  I also have the opportunity to make some overtime money on Sundays if I want to. I remember there was one year that I purposely took night and weekend jobs just to avoid meetings.
