Single Sisters Over A Certain Age Group Getting A Bad Rap
by HiddlesWife ini'm new here; one of my relatives was a member on this forum a few years ago and told me about it.
anyways, as a sister who has been in the org since childhood and now in her late 40's (plus as a woman of color), i have noticed that a number of brothers have an ageist attitude.
they are very accepting of young women under 26 and rejecting women over that age, particularly those in their 30's and over.. is this an unspoken mindset from wthq (specifically from bethel), or is it that quite a number of males (sorry, i'm not sexist here) have this type of mentality?

i'm currently 18, being baptised for a year.
i had my doubts, but due to a variety of reasons (getting subtle flack for not baptised, not having a support system even if i wanted to leave).

Just love jah more then anything we all have a hearts desire that's what god wants I mean you could stop cursing or whatever too but compared to your deepest hearts desire those are small potatoes is your family your hearts desire or your man whatever it is foster the ability to let it go if jah calls for it and ask yourself who? Is my mother and my brothers those that love jah's ways are your true family ask him for help but he has probly already guided u you just gotta be fearless be a SOJA a soldier of jah's army

by Jahlove inman without a helper, so for every woman out there remember you just being you, is a gift from jah and when jah discovers a worthy man & sends him to you that's (your man) he is out their somewhere and when he finds you you'll know cause he'll cherish cherish cherish the crap out of you, i wonder why clingy ness is frowned apawn i'm super clingy to the right person and its a blessing ,in my eyes also why do people wedd only until death i would recommend begging jah daily to eternally bind you and your partner furthermore i wouldn't ask for anything but that doesn't it seem more effective to ask for something knowing you don't ask for much .
i hate hearing bout all the heartbreak posted here just remember you can't relocate to the house on the rock until jah evicts you from your shack on the sand :).
