  i was thinking about the male children ( even unbaptized ) being placed ahead of the sisters.

  would these kids not feel more important than their mothers let alone other women.

  A thought struck me, are they anticipating the loss of many elders......what with all the CSA cases around the world, are they preparing to use all the elders associated with those cases as scapegoats?

  In that case they would need to prepare for substitutes asap.

  Interesting how the corp has found alternative beliefs around blood transfusions ie you can take fractions, and they have loosened the grip on personal dress and grooming, and how to treat the disfellowshipped, as per court instructions, but as regards women, they have NEVER EVER loosened their stance in any shape or form, despite the ARC practically demanding that they include women in their judicial committees as a kindness to the victims.

  They were called cruel then, they are just as cruel now.

  i could be mr. green and, due to mistrust considering the times and what is happening, study with the jws as mr. brown.. get baptized as mr. brown.. become one of their congregation elders as mr. brown.. etc.

  etc.. all this since i am not required to provide any signature and/or document to identify myself as mr. brown.. are they complying with human law?

  but which law?.

  Churches are not legally obliged to become corporations or charities, they all do it for the tax benefits though

  God cursed Eve with 'your craving will be for your husband but he will dominate you', historically men translated that as 'she wants to have a monogamous marriage but I can do what I like while she has to be faithful to me alone', what it actually means is that women crave respect and recognition from their men.

  This doesn't mean that men don't have the choice to behave better, Jesus obviously thinks they can and so did the Apostles, but men prefer to interpret God's words as a licence for bad behaviour.

  Dictionary defines remove as moving something or someone away from where it was. Doesn't sound voluntary to me, actually sounds worse than disfellowshipping.

  Why do exJWs sign disassociation letters?

  by law, they ask you to sign to leave a society/organization when, by the same law, they do not ask you to sign to join it.. imagine being in court with a representative of the jws.. the judge asks you: "are you a jw?"..

  you could respond: "let them prove it!"..

  question: how would they prove it?

  Paul's letters are not all in the Bible, so we don't have a full picture of why he wrote what he did. It is very likely, going by context, that there was an issue with the women in that particular congregation, like with other corrections and admonitions in his letters, that didn't make it a blanket rule for all congregations.

  It's also very possible that these anti women verses were added at a much later date, and not by the original writer at all.

  Beroean Voices channel on YouTube has been an eye opener for me regarding the history, accuracy and origin of the NT.

  'All scripture is inspired of God' was written before the NT even existed, what we have now, is what the Catholic Church deemed 'holy scripture' in the 3rd century. And they had no original writings to go on, only copies. Copies full of mistakes, damaged and marginal notes of which no one knows if they were in the original or added afterwards.

  Makes we wonder what they kept hidden in the Vatican vaults?

  It's actually disgusting to read, children more qualified to serve God than women is my take away. And do NOT bother sending your time or money to your imprisoned brothers, better give it to us instead 😡😡 Totally opposite to how first century Christians looked after each other!
