What do women REALLY want?

ok, i've heard it all: sincerity, honesty, security, money, love, romance, flowers, poems, promises, and more.

but, in my arguably limited experience, i've been shot down while doing all of these (at differnt times obviously).

so, what do women really want?

I think people get too caught up in looking for "the One", or "Mr/Ms Right", believing that they've only got the one big stab at "forever after".

the other day i was reading about moses and i came to the very popular part of the golden calf.

but now, with a little maturity and freedom from the clutches of witness thought i can see some terrible problems with the bible.

in the beginning of exodus 32 god is talking to moses and sees that the israelites have made a calf out of gold and they are using it as their god.

Here is another absurdity.... 2 Samuel chapter 24.
David takes a census and pisses god off.
David takes blame and asks god for forgiveness, god give David 3 choices.
1. Seven years of famine.
2. Three months of your fleeing before your adversaries, with them pursuing you, or
3. Three days of petilence in the land.
Options 1 & 3 many people will die. Option 2 (maybe) he might die.
So what does David choose???? Option 3 and 70,000 people were killed because of his sin.
David was a pussy or god was one sadistic bastard to kill 70K people for the sin of one. And the sin? Counting!

I think the 144,000 is a symbolic number. Why would it be literal if the rest of the book of Revelation is symbolic?
Exactly! If the number is not symbolic, then the 144,000 on earth should not be married, because in the same scripture it says the 144,000 would not defile themselves with women. So the JWs use 1/2 of the verse as literal and the other half as symbolic. Talk about picking and choosing.

i just left my work desk to go to the rest room.

this guy came out of the stall and clearly just finished his business and didn't wash his hands.

i see this a lot.

And remember that these gross people open the door using the same handle that you will when you leave. The poo is not just in the guys hair, it is on the handle that you are going to touch next! That is what grosses me out the most! Here are my tips on how to leave the rest room germ free.
1. Use a paper towel when you open the door. Throw it away on your way out if the can is close, or throw it away in another can after you leave.
2. Open the door using the hardware that closes the door. You must be tall enough to reach it.
3. Wait for someone else to enter and then leave.

the door to door work is a sham.. the central activity of the watchtower bible and tract society is not spreading their so-called "messege" about the kingdom of jehovah established in the heavens in 1914. that's a load of propaganda.. the door to door activity is feckless in producing converts.

in fact, it is an immense failure of mammoth proportions!.

but, it is a diversion.

The WT not registering as a religeous organization for years in Mexico so they could retain their property was proof enough for me what the priority of the WTB$ is.

The owner of Best Buy has some connection to the JWs.
Back in 2000 I corresponded with a JW from one of the JW dating sites who said that her father was the owner of Best Buy. I never met him, but I have no reason to doubt her claim. Her mother had passed away and her father lived many states away, Texas i think it was.
From what I can remember he did not consider himself a JW at that time, but he was married to a hardcore JW women and most if not all of his children are active JWs.

Just thinking here...... If the elders were interviewed by the police and asked "do you know anyone who might want to do this?"
How likely do you think it would be for the elders give up names of known apostates in the area as potential suspsects?

True enough, the gunman in the Amish shooting was not Amish.
