If they were to find out about this recording, they would not need to prosecute anyone in order to disfellowship her again.
They would only need to recognize that she recorded them and then made it available to appostates who openly claim she knows the TATT and she only did this for family reasons. It would be hard to believe that elder #1 would not disfellowship in a heart beat regardless of any legal issues.
as a 13 year old a friend of mine had a jimi hendrix record and told me if we play it backwards that they said words.

i had two close friends in the org.

after reading coc, i couldn't help but feel sad at how ray and his wife felt regret at putting the religion first and not having any children.
