Wow.. watching this brought tears to my eyes. It makes my problems seem so insignificant.
This one really affected me and I don't know why: Studio costs $5,400 = independence for 100 widows in Afghanistan
if you have not seen this video presentation by canadian singer/songwriter, sarah mclachlan, i encourage you to take about 4 minutes to watch it.. http://www.worldonfire.ca/.
if this doesn't move you, i don't know what would.

after doing battle with the sellotape and tearing my lip (oh the dangers of xmas present wrapping) and staying up late to pack, i'm finally heading on my way towards seattle.... catch some of you guys sooner rather than later.. be good, now .
I'll miss ya! Have lotsa fun and Merry Christmas to ya!
i found this on an athiest discussion board.
why jehovah does not prove his existence...
because those who actually had the proof we atheists want no longer wanted him as god.
Ha..
.
george w bush is a god fearing christian, he says.. george w believes in pre-emptive strikes.. so why didn't god make a pre-emptive strike against satan before he got his claws into adam & eve and save us all of this hassle?.
englishman..
There was, no doubt, a cosmic point to prove .
i just watched the breakfast club for the bazillionth time.
i always turn 15 again when i watch it.
i need to score the dvd, it isn't the same when they clip out scenes and rewrite the "naughty words".
I was like 7 when it came out.. but I still appreciated it when I grew up. I've often thought being a teenager in the 80s would've been great!
ok, fine, so i'm a reality tv addict.
i love this show!!!.
and i am thrilled that little "diva eva" pulled it out over snooty, poor me amanda, and stuck up i am a real nubian princess yaya.. i might have to put eva on as my avatar .
It's the only reality show I watch passionately. I've seen a couple episodes of The Biggest Loser. I'm not a TV fan.. the Internet is my addiction.

Happy-
I don't always understand some of the judges choices, like keeping Norell for so long, and letting Nicole go when the did.
Exactly! Nicole and Yaya were my initial favorites. They both had really great pictures. Then Yaya's ego got a little too big for me and Nicole got booted, that's when I got in Eva's corner. She was, in my opinion, the most REAL of all of the girls (and those EYES.. wow!).
BTW, I CAN see the new av. It was after that photo that Eva really got my respect. You'd never know by looking at it that two seconds before it was shot, she was crying out of sheer fright.
.
can someone email me the link to the 'other' site?.
Done!
it's been over a year now since my dad died.
i feel sad about it a lot because i don't believe i will never see him again.
i realised today that being raised a dub has closed my eyes to different views on death.. what do some of you believe happens after death??
After hearing about the thousands of people that have Near Death Experiences, I think that there is something beyond this life.
Near death experiences is an explainable phenomenon. Just look it up.
Not everyone can be hallucinating about the same damn thing......
Actually they can, and do, and it's explainable. Also, it's not so much a "hallucination". More like a misinterpretation of what they are experiencing.
